Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

Really lovely family hime, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Welcome goodies from the host and very quick responses to any questions. We would definitely stay here again- the best in Hove!

Lovely location near to the sea A beautiful house - ideal for our special family Birthday celebration Plenty of space to park Had everything you could possibly need - the kitchen was particularly well stocked with lots of different equipment even crockery etc for the younger guests Plenty of space for us all - the children were particularly delighted with the playroom and the garden games room Good garden area - plenty of space for the children to run around Very clean and well presented with good facilities for all the family - very well thought out by someone who understands what guests might need or want One minor issue for us was some outside decorative lights left on a timer until early hours of the morning shining into a bedroom. - this however was sorted after a text message to the host - who was always responsive and friendly Overall - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beautiful house especially to families

The house is very clean and tidy, location is great, the kitchen and bathroom were perfect. Dmitrijs very responsive,helpfull and care. I will be back again when I visit my daughter.

We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time at Caroline's place. Everything was as described. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard garden and the absolutely amazing location. So many places to get delicious food nearby and just over the road from Sea Lanes swimming pool - perfect for a sauna and sea swim. The house is full of really cool little details and we felt perfectly at home. Would definitely recommend

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Silvija’s place was lovely and roomy. Also quite cosy for a few days. Great spot between the beach and the lanes. Would love to stay again!

We have just come back from a stay at this flat. It was in a really good location. The flats was great - well equipped and comfortable and Jane was very helpful from booking to checking out.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. This is a great apartment for a long weekend away in Brighton/Hove. It is spacious and located close to the beach. There are many excellent places to eat in the vicinity. Catherine was incredibly responsive and helpful too - highly recommended!

Our stay at Eleanor's was great. The location was perfect for us. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Taxis arrived quickly when needed. Quiet neighborhood with a fantastic breakfast restaurant within half a block. The Airbnb itself was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Eleanor communicated with us very quickly. She left clear instructions with pictures on how to get inside. Our stay was very comfortable and homey.

A lovely place in seven dials, so close to everytging you need. Alans place was really cosy and had everything we needed to feel at home! A great find and would definitely stay again 😊

We stayed for a Hen Do and it was perfect! Amazing location, stunning view of the pier and sea. They provided towels which was a pleasant surprise and very helpful. The kitchen space is obviously limited for cooking but that was clear from the photos, so we had food brought in. Couldn’t have found a better place!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie
