A wonderful, private home in rural West Sussex - country lane access to the local villages and a short drive from the town of Horsham. Very near to the English garden at Nymans, Handcross. The accommodation itself is a fully self-contained loft that has been converted into an apartment with a large bedroom facing East, a living room, a bathroom and shower, and spacious kitchen with modern appliances. There is plenty of room for parking on the property. Susanna is a very helpful, friendly, and accommodating host. I enjoyed my stay at the ‘Hayloft’ immensely - and would gladly visit again, in the future…

Such a beautiful and pristine place to stay if you’re looking to escape to the countryside! The Bothy is super comfortable and easy to access. There are countless walks you can do or just plop yourself in the amazing garden with a good book! Can’t recommend enough! Rosie is an amazing host, she responded to all our queries and gave us lots of good recommendations of walks and pubs. Her and her husband even helped us replace a flat tyre in their driveway! 5 stars just for that alone :)

Our longer stay with Karen (3 months) was ideal. From the start Karen's communication was great, and she was very flexible around the timings of when we arrived. Karen gave us a load of local recommendations and was very respectful of our privacy once we moved in, but also was very friendly when chatted. As we were there for longer we arranged stuff like further cleaning and a few other bits and Karen helped us with all this and everything was arranged promptly. The space itself was perfect for my fiance and I who both do a fair bit of working from home, the internet was quick the space never felt crowded, in short we felt completely at home. The area the flat is situated in was perfect for us, I'd walk in most days to Brighton centre to a coworking space (15/20 minute walk) and my partner would take a train from Brighton central (10 minutes) to the local uni. Seven Dials is nicely quiet, feels a bit like quieter parts of East London and has a tonne of nice spot for coffee etc.

So glad I chose to book here on my last minute trip to Brighton. Really beautiful and smart use of space. Has everything you need for a short trip. Experienced all weathers in my short stay, cosy in the rain and open in sunshine! Lovely area slightly set back from central busy Brighton. Sea, coffee shops and park nearby. Ross was really responsive and friendly, easy checkin. Will definitely look to book again when back in Brighton (and book to stay for longer!)

This flat is cozy, quiet, and very comfortable. Prudence was very communicative and helpful for all our needs (including letting us borrow an iron). I would definitely recommend this place to others!

What can I say…Harley’s listing was an absolute gem of a find! Absolutely worth the 5 star rating! A beautiful modern loft apartment, perfect for our stay. The outside roof deck was a great added bonus to the apartment. I cannot fault anything about the Loft apartment…clean, modern, comfortable and a fabulous location! I will have no hesitation to book again when I come back to visit my daughter, who is at Sussex University. Thank you Harley for all your help and great communication.
