Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and the apartment is so lovely with everything we needed - and more. The hosts have gone the extra mile and have great attention to detail. The wine and milk in the fridge was a lovely gesture. Bathrobes and lovely soft towels. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for Petworth Park and South Downs walks. Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

Stayed at Andrea’s place for Brighton Marathon. It’s a beautiful house with lots of room and has an aspect that made the most of the fabulous weather. What was great was Andrea allowed us to check out late so we could recover after the Marathon, which was a life saver as it was very hot yesterday and we were a bit shattered. So huge thanks Andrea :))

We stayed at Juniper House from the 4th-7th April 2025. Talk about a break not too far from home, but makes you feel like you are in a different world. Communication was great. We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the beautiful place and the grounds. We had the use of the pool, we hiked throughout the whole of the land daily including joining up with the trail, Nature reserve and finishing at Cobbets View which was just stunning. We used the BBQ area, the tree house and boxing area was also a favourite of the kids. We were looking forward every night to the feeding of the red kite birds 🪶 session and we joined later in the evening watching the Badgers 🦡 and fox 🦊 feedings. The hospitality, knowledge and sense of humour were very impressive. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we cannot complain about anything apart from we all wished we could have stayed longer😀

fay was very nice and helpfull and also brought us coffee one morning which was extremely nice!

Had a lovely one night stay at Paul & Louise's studio. It felt really private, despite being in their garden, and seemed much more spacious than it looks in the photos. As a couple with 2 dogs we all had plenty of space to unpack and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed was really comfortable - it was so peaceful lying in bed just gazing at the sky and their beautiful trees, including one in full blossom. The décor is unfussy, yet stylish and we felt right at home. We walked over the fields to The Jolly Sportsman for dinner which was a real treat - the food is superb and the service was very good. The walk back (in the dark) was a bit trickier with the dogs, so definitely bring a torch or two if on foot after dusk. There is no TV at the studio, but we had Alexa (our own) and board games for entertainment which was good fun after a lovely big dinner. It's so peaceful there a TV would have spoilt the atmosphere! We found Paul & Louise friendly and very easy to communicate with

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Overnight stay in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Lovely home to stay in, had all we needed. Very comfortable, felt like a home away from home 😊. Great communication from the hosts, clear instruction on location and easy access. Great stay 😊

This is a quiet haven, the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. The kitchen is well equipped, I easily cooked family meals.

Very spacious and comfortable lodge in a fantastic spot on the edge of a lake, great for watching bird life and the sun go down. Short drive to beaches and Chichester centre. Only slight negative was that we had the downside of being on a holiday park without the benefits, as for us, the cost of an entertainment pass meant we didn’t use any of the facilities (would have been £27 per adult and we were only there one night - this is their peak time cost as it was the Easter holidays). This is clearly not the lodge owners fault, but worth bearing in mind. All in all, a great stay.

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

We stayed overnight at Martin’s place for the marathon and it was a really convenient base. Everything as described and Martin was helpful and proactive before the stay to ask what we might need. Would definitely stay again.

Well equipped and beautifully presented cottage, superb location to explore Chichester but well positioned to avoid town centre traffic if you want to head out elsewhere. Really enjoyed our stay, excellent value.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Greeted by a very friendly and welcoming Daniel who showed us how everything worked and was helpful with local pub recommendations - instantly felt at ease and welcome into this beaut of a cottage. Hot tub was fantastic and private garden was a haven of calm for the weekend. Cottage was cosy, practical and very modern space with everything you need. Would highly recommend and will deffo be back 100%

Catherines Stay was one of our most favourite stays yet - even though it was a quick stay, her airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone who is staying in the Brighton or Hove area! Free parking, easy to find, perfect distance for traveling to & from the seafront, beautiful balcony set up to relax on, and a very comfortable bed - all we needed! We will definitely be staying again and i have a feeling it will be very soon, thank you so much Catherine!

Beth was a very warm and welcoming host. The chalet was beautiful, and was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Beth had composed a very helpful guide to the area. We were made to feel very at home by Beth, her lovely son and all of the well behaved, friendly animals. We would highly recommend the Shoreham Chalet.
