We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the French Gypsy Caravan. It was surprisingly spacious and provided everything we needed and more!. There were lots of lovely additional touches, the beds were very comfortable and Paul was always super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely return for another stay!

This shepherds hut was a great place to stay while walking the South Downs Way. It was very clean, comfortable and warm and has its own bathroom facilities in a separate building. Pauline made me welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. I was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. I'd definitely book to stay here again next time I am in the area.

a lovely little shepherd's hut with everything we needed. the main hut was really nicely designed and lovely and warm, even in February. hot water bottles and breakfast were really appreciated touches: the eggs from the farm were delicious. it was a lovely option to have the separate dining hut and made staying with a family so much easier. the dining hut was very cold in February, even with the small stove going full tilt. but also it was February - and we did still use it! in gentler seasons it would be absolutely perfect. Check in was very easy and all tbe local info great. both Petworth (NT) and Leonardslee were very easy and beautiful days out.

Sue's place was lovely, cozy and in a great location. The place was gorgeous and everything was clean. The fire was toasty and already lit when we arrived which was very welcoming. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay with everything we needed, and we look forward to returning!

Beautiful small hut with an amazing view. Place was really well heated in the cold and obviously small but big enough to fit out clothes and still cook together in the kitchen. The walks around the area are beautiful and the hot tub is amazing especially during sunset or at night. We were slightly confused upon arrival but were very helpfully led straight to the hut which was really nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We loved at our time in the Shepherd’s hut. The inside is super cosy and more roomy than you’d expect! Cathy was a great host, really responsive and flexible, with some great recommendations. The hut was well stocked with all the bits we needed as was the outdoor kitchen! There are also really lovely pubs nearby for tasty food! You can access lots of great walks just from your doorstep which we loved, Couldn’t recommend this enough for a cosy weekend away from it all!

We stayed for the weekend for my husband’s 40 birthday and what a weekend we had. There was 8 of us that stayed in total as we hired the Shepherd hut as well (great if someone wants their own space. The cabin was stunning so much bigger and spacious than I expected. We were all really comfortable and enjoyed long walks and family dinners around the big kitchen table. The cabin is in such a great location and only a 5 minute walk into a cute local village. Laura and her family have truly created something so beautiful and very special. We loved waking up every morning to the sights of the alpacas and lots of other wildlife. Laura and her team were always there if we needed them but we have complete privacy at the same time. The hot tub is in a private area and we loved using each night. My 4 year old had the best weekend running free and been able to feed her new furry friends. I truly highly recommend this stay. We can’t wait to book and return later in the year.

Such a beautiful place to stay, secluded and peaceful. Jane was a brilliant host and super helpful and friendly. Our dog had the best time ever, and Jane’s dog is the sweetest. Showering outside was so special.

Absolutely perfect for a short getaway. Perfect location and the views into the farm next door are beautiful. Inside is super cosy and cute, has everything you need. Elaine even provided a fresh loaf of bread and lots of breakfast essentials! We had such a lovely stay and would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a local getaway in Chichester area. just spent time at Priory Snug.and what a little gem. everything was immaculate and the snug was very easy to find. very peaceful and quiet. only a short way from arundel and all the attractions there. really had an amazing time. we will be back

This was a return visit ,The Hut is beautifully looked after!! the goodies that are left you are first class just like everything else!! The location for me is perfect !! great walking ,5 mins in the car and you are in Beautiful Bosham or Emsworth and by bus 15 mins Chichester The view from Hut is trees and fields !! so it is abundant in wildlife!! Very Relaxing !! I will return!!

Me and my partner loved our stay! Tracey was really helpful and very kind - she brought us fresh breakfast every day! For sure worth a visit if you want a peaceful weekend!

This is probably the nicest air bnb I have ever stayed in. The hut was so well equipped, and modern and yet still retained a lovely feel. Matt was super quick at answering any questions and giving recommendations when asked. The log burner was toastie, the bed comfy, the kitchen really well appointed and we loved the little extras like the eggs, biscuits and coffee machine. I can't recommendation this highly enough and may even break my own rule, and return again for another break to the same place

We absolutely loved our stay in the shepherd’s hut. It was very cosy and pleasant, the amenities were good considering how small the hut is - there is an electric hob with two rings to cook on, toaster, kettle, mini fridge etc. Clean bathroom and a nice shower. The outdoor space is lovely and is well fenced so that our dogs could run about off the lead. As for the location, all of Westerlands is just beautiful and peaceful, we really felt like we were in a different world in a bubble away from the business of normal life! They have lots of extras to do on site such as horse trekking or wild swimming! I met the host Antonia during our stay, at the on-site coffee shop, and she was extremely friendly and pleasant. I would definitely stay again either at this hut or at one of their other lovely properties on site.

We had a wonderful stay at Isobel’s place. The Hut was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Isobel was an amazing host. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly, with many amazing restaurant and activity recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. The added extras of beers & wine in the fridge on arrival, and Isobel’s yummy lemon drizzle cake was a lovely surprise. Also, cuddles with Neville, the sweetest cat, was an added bonus! We’d recommend The Hut to anyone, and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Isobel 🫶🏼

We had a wonderful weekend at Katie's shepherds hut - it was absolutely idyllic and we will definitely be back. Katie was also extremely generous with the delicious food and drink provided in the shepherds hut for us to use including delicious eggs from her chickens. Thank you so much!

Staying at the Shepherd’s hut near to the Bonney Vineyard was a peaceful escape. Only a short journey to the vineyard. The hut was cozy and well equipped, with a log burner adding charm. A perfect getaway for relaxation in the countryside.

This is a beautiful place. We slept so well and loved the views and fresh air. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Mallard Hut, the bed was really comfy, the walk to rudgwick was nice, we had all the amenities you could need in the hut and just had the loveliest time disconnected from the works for 48h. The communication was good and detailed driving directions were great and helped a lot. When we got there it felt like a wee oasis to relax in, all the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bed linens etc felt high quality and this made it an even nicer stay. We had a clear night to watch the stars from the hot tub too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was an absolutely fabulous place, perfect to be for a quiet night away, with beautiful walks and a little log burner. Such a lovely place, great communication with Emma too, will be back!

Lycia and her husband were both very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The shepherd’s hut is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Lycia really makes an effort to make it as homely as possible. All the little extra touches just added to the stay. We really enjoyed our time there
