This was a lovely, very comfortable place to stay. Leigh was very bright, cheerful, kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel at home and made very welcome. A perfect host and a perfect place to stay. It is close to the sea and lots of cafes and restaurants. There is also a good bus service to Brighton town centre. Best place to stay.

We had a lovely time. Thank you Geoff. The loft style apartment on a jetty was amazing with lovely views. Everything we needed was there. Brighton seems to be much cleaner and nicer than it used to be and Geoff’s place at Brighton Marina is well situated for a nice walk into the city centre along the beach and a well laid out board walk. Also the Marina itself has lots to do.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Great place, 2 mins from a street with loads of cafes/shops/restuarants and just 5 mins from the sea. Great place and Ania was very communicative/helpful.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was in a fantastic location a short walk to the beach and to local cafes, restaurants and pub. Inside was very clean and comfortable, light and airy with everything that we needed. We hope to be able to return.

Appartement de taille plus qu'agréable ... nous avions des amis anglais a recevoir et nous avons particulièrement apprécier la place , l'espace du salon . Idéal pour une famille de 3 un ado et deux adultes ... Seul petit bémol le nettoyage n'était pas au top mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien .

Enjoyed my stay at Jonny’s place. Started to feel like home. Great location! Easy access to the train, motorway. Nice spacious place, nice neighbourhood. Definitely will stay again!

Jason and Lyn could not have been more accommodating, from start to finish. They were so responsive from the initial enquiry, then allowed us to extend our stay by one night, then remained helpful throughout our stay and afterwards. Any queries we had during our stay were very quickly resolved, they even dropped off a hairdryer to the door within 10 minutes of us asking!! The house is spacious and homely and the garden would be lovely in warmer weather. Our kids loved the toy room! We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas and they went to a lot of effort decorating the whole house, from the Christmas tree, to providing candles and crackers/ napkins for the dinner table, to beautiful fairy lights outside and even Christmas shower gel. The only slight issue for us was that the bedrooms although comfortable are all quite light, fine for adults but a bit tricky with young children that need blackout - maybe bring blackout blinds if you need.

Claire and Monty have an absolute gem of a home on their hands. A captivating mix of old and new throughout the house and an overall super relaxing location. With a number of ways to entertain ourselves, we didn’t have any time spent on screens or twiddling thumbs through boredom, it was the perfect environment for some old friends to have a rare reunion and we couldn’t be more appreciative of Claire and Monty’s hospitality. Would highly recommend without question! Thank you so much again to both of you :)

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! Amazing location so accessible by train to car. Hot tub was amazing ! And place was spotless. Perfect for couples and private. 5/5 on all corners. Only caveat was that it’s very cold only 2 heaters in the whole place. And no heating turned on on the arrival. Thermostat was set to above 24 degrees but as there is only 2 small radiators it took approx 4-5 hours to get warm. Unfortunately it was very cold leaving the hotub trying to get warm again. Can imagine this isn’t a problem at all in spring or summer. Would 100% recommend and stay again !

Perfect place to stay for a work trip. Ziggy was responsive, friendly and flexible. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Would happily stay again and recommend this place to others.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

Janet was very helpfully responsive and flexible with the time I could check-in. She was friendly and shared a lovely area of her flat which was a bright lounge area leading to a terrace that had a view of the sea and the Pavilion. I would happily stay there again when visiting Brighton. Thank you, Viv

Me and my partner had a lovely night away. Easy parking right opposite and a short walk into the town for dinner! The hot tub was lovely to relax in the evening! Josh was amazing with communication and extremely helpful with anything we needed.

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.
