A beautiful property with breathtaking views of the sea! We loved being so close to the centre of Brighton (and only a short walk into Hove) and yet felt away from the hustle and bustle by being on the top floor and away from the noisiest parts of town. The flat was pristine, spacious and comfortable. Would love to book again next time we are in Brighton.

This is part of a lovely small scale apartment complex, with sea view from lounge and bedrooms. It is well equipped, very comfortable & spacious for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped but compact. The small balcony directly overlooks the beach with views to the Isle of Wight & Portsmouth. Conveniently close to eateries and shops. We had a lovely & relaxing 3 day spring break.

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Such a great apartment. Love all the plants and cool furniture so much, felt so homely and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! Location is perfect too

A really lovely flat in a beautiful location. I have stayed before with family but went back again as it was so nice. Karen is a great host, very easy to contact and shares all the information needed. Will definitely return!

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

absolutely fantastic stay right in the heart of Brighton. the apartment is extremely cosy and the Decor felt like a home away from home. the view from the balcony was also beautiful for the sunsets and sunrises would highly recommend this stay. we will definitely be coming back if in the country again.

Spacious, second floor flat! Couldn't ask for more room! The living room with a view of the river was so cosy in the mornings. Attention to detail was paid throughout. Cotton buds/pads in the bathroom and home made shortcakes in the kitchen, along with some milk. There was also crabbing buckets and beach games available if we wanted them. A lovely place, centrally located and an easy walk into town along the canal. Every detail is very well thought out for a comfortable stay, including all the little extras such as milk, juices, breakfast cereals and snacks. We stayed we a young baby so appreciated the cot and high chair were ready for us on arrival.

Karen's house was a perfect base for my family members to stay over a weekend while in Rustington celebrating a family occasion. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. A thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as a bottle of bubbles were a nice welcoming touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Georgian Retreat ! Was a brilliant base - super close to the beach and the lanes A really cool space to spend time with the family in the vibey interior - perfectly set up for entertaining - beds and bed linen super comfy and premium - same with the towels provided - hotel levels. We had a great stay :)))

We had a lovely weekend and Anne-Marie was a fabulous host. Her home was clean and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely recommend both the property and Anne-Marie. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙂

We spent a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Tara’s beautiful house. The location is superb and the house accommodated our two families perfectly. It’s very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the house! Tara was also a very responsive and helpful host.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place. The flat felt like a home away from home. Lovely decor, very clean and had all the amenities we needed as a family.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Kate’s beautiful apartment reminded me of the early days of Airbnb when you often stayed in someone’s real home. A treasure, with beautiful sea views. Kate was extremely helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again if in Brighton.

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Chet was a great host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us with anything we needed. The place was in a very accessible location. Bus stop and train station practically outside your door. Place was extremely clean and easy to find as well. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Brighton.

Fantastic stay with our group of 10. The apartment is great, well maintained and very clean. One of the beds is in a room which others on that floor will pass to get to the bathroom, but this was clearly noted in the description. James was very helpful and quick with responses. The apartment is in an outstanding location with brilliant views over the seafront and the pier. Yes it can be noisy at night and in the early morning, but you expect that if you rent a city centre location on the seafront.
