We spent 3 nights at Moontide which was beautiful. The cottage was bigger than we anticipated from the photos and is beautifully decorated with plenty of cushions and throws. The bed was very comfortable and peaceful. We particularly chose Jo’s place because of the outdoor hot tub and outdoor fire pit which didn’t disappoint. The deck is very well done and we had breakfast outside every day and a platter one evening by the fire as well as cooking in the kitchen. Lots of extras in the home which is a lovely added touch and bonus making you feel right at home. Lovely views and extremely peaceful for a romantic break - we highly recommend.

Terrific little cottage set back from the water. private and cosy. The hot tub was a clear winner. kitchen had all the amenities needed for a short stay. lovely rain head shower. the location is a little secluded and made for driving 15 minutes to anywhere for food supplies and such. if you're looking to switch off, relax and star gaze by the fire then this is the place for you.

Melinda's farm cottage exceeded all our expectations. It was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning scenery. We were greeted each morning by the chickens at the front door and often saw cows roaming the fields. The mountain views were breathtaking! The kitchen had everything we needed, including condiments, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare a home-cooked meal. The fireplace was a wonderful touch, especially on the colder nights. The photos don’t do the cottage justice, it was the perfect place to relax, unplug, and recharge. It was also the special spot where my partner proposed, making our stay even more memorable. We would highly recommend Melinda’s cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway 🙂!!

Such a wonderful peaceful stay in Linda's lovely homely cottage. Styled beautifully, comfortable luxury bedding, and all the kitchen amenities one needs including good coffee. Looking out at the pond from the lounge and bedrooms and outdoor bath was so picturesque watching the local wildlife and feeding the chickens daily was such a delight, especially for my grandson. Just wanted to stay and soak in all the beauty that was surrounding.

Sweetcorn cottage was perfect for us. Beautifully done in rustic, raw timber. Four adults and two children, 3yo and 5 yo, who loved the cottage. Cute and close to Longford. Would be lovely to stay for two nights to relish the property properly. Everything was as said. A priority for us was to be able to take our dog. She is fine on lead which is an essential requirement. She and the grandchildren had never seen sheep, cows (well, a big black gentle bull) or horses and were scared of the delightful pig. The children were able to feed and pat the animals so it was a lovely bonus as we were visiting family in Longford.

Always a wonderful place to stay. One of my favourite spots in Port Sorell.

Beautiful house in a great location directly opposite City Park. Easy walk into the City for shopping and restaurants and only minutes from the river and short drive to Cataract Gorge. The house was clean and tidy with comfy beds and couches to relax. Loved our stay!

Nice little place to stay. Not far from services. Close to the beach which is awesome. Pet friendly was fantastic. Nice and clean. Would recommend putting internet on for people that want to watch movies as not everyone knows how to Hot Spot on their phone. Otherwise this place was very nice, well presented.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ben and Camille’s charming cottage during my travels through Tasmania, and I can’t recommend it enough! After a series of hotel stays, stepping into their cozy space felt like a warm embrace. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt right at home. The attention to detail was evident, with everything thoughtfully provided to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The ambiance was inviting, and the decor added a lovely touch to the overall experience. Ben and Camille were wonderful hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway in Tasmania, look no further than this delightful cottage.

Loved the peaceful setting in bushland. Felt like being home again (well, that's just the way we used to live years ago). Highly recommended. Close enough to Launceston if shops etc required

The cottage is so cozy, lovely, and comfortable like home. It satisfied both adults and kids including a fresh breakfast and the beautiful furnitures. It's very meaningful to stay a night in this historical house. My kids loved the feeding session in the morning and Louise made it a great experience for them in detail. Although if there is one thing, the wood stove was under construction even though we didn't expect it to be and was excited to use it. We will never forget the day here!

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful views, spacious (entire cottage and access to gardens), peaceful and we were delighted by the host's dog, Benji. Margrieta's hosting style was warm, friendly and thoughtful, adding touches of local and homemade produce for breakfast. I would definitely recommend Dragonfly Cottage. My interstate friends were very impressed and the location was central to our touring needs. Thanks so much, Margrieta. We had the best time.

Nicky and Rob’s haven is beautiful. Nicky met us on arrival and explained how we could explore the River walk, which we did. It’s a very clean and peaceful space to be. Nicky had provided some yummy snacks for us and she even left us a card and 2 chocolate love hearts as it was our anniversary. Breakfast was provided and was delicious. This is a 5 star Airbnb. Nicky is delightful (we didn’t get to meet Rob) and we were totally impressed!

Beautiful space which we enjoyed for the week, few niggles! Windows wouldn’t open and when asked why, said the owner didn’t think it was a problem, such a shame as it would have made our stay more Comfortable. Dishwasher didn’t work, tried the cycle twice water came into but didn’t wash the dishes, maybe this is a relatively new problem? Otherwise we found the area stunning and easy to get around, lovely short walk to East beach, which was a bonus.

Cottage On York has the most spectacular views of the bay with sailing boats and swans. Almost no need to go out as all the visual entertainment was at the cottage. The cottage itself was tastefully and stylishly decorated with every need and want catered for. The hosts were friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend Cottage On York. My wife and I do a lot of air b and b, this house is an absolute standout. The owners have thought of everything and more. Great gardens surrounding the house walk to a sandy beach. 3 fire pits. Linen and beds were so comfortable

Hosts very friendly and obliging. Had whole cottage to ourselves. A good place to stay if not wanting to be in city. If you have own transport it's a lovely spot.
