The place was fantastic. It was very clean, easy to find and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

We had a lovely stay as a mixed group of kids and adults in this quiet house with a great pool, outdoor space, and common areas. You can walk to the bike path easily from the house and the next door neighbors sell veggies and eggs. Makes it easy to get back and forth to the cape for activities without staying on the other side of the bridge!

Outstanding home and location. The pictures are nice, but do not even begin to do the home justice. Lots of space and nooks too. Very responsive owner and management. Met our every need.

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

Had a great family vacation for my sisters wedding. House was perfect for our toddlers with kids room in basement. Stunning home and amenities, the perfect Cape Cod vacation home!

A couple of suggestions: 1) label all remotes 2) downstairs internet cuts off during movies 3) instructions on how to unlock the thermostat to lower the temperature

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

this house was in walking distance to Great restaurants and if you willing to search you can find a little body of water nearby as well. The living space and bedrooms have views of the treetops and it's very private overall. Three bathrooms also really helps when having multiple guests. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans and the couch is enormous and comfortably fits large groups.

The house was in great condition and walking distance to the beach. It had plenty of room for all seven of us and was a great getaway to the cape.

We had an awesome stay at Brien’s house! House was as described and very clean! The location is a great launching spot to explore Cape Cod. Great spot to spend Thanksgiving with family. Pool table, Xbox, Golden Tee, and Foosball table were great entertainment (we played foosball for hours).

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

This is our 5th year spending summer family time down at “The Cape House”. If you’ve been to the cape your whole life but never seen Millway beach before your missing out. I could go on forever, but I’ll just say that we’ve already booked next year and can’t envision a year not spending a week at Matt and Lindsay’s. Cheers!

We had the best holiday spent at beyond the beach. This house has everything we could have needed, toys for kiddos which we appreciated and organized and clear instructions for every step of the way. Cannot wait to return!

This is a lovely tiny cottage In the woods. it has everything you might need: a lovely front porch. A perfect kitchen, outside tables, and a clean comfortable. place to stay with a big tv. A great place I would highly recommend!

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

The house was as advertised. In a nice quiet area. The house was well set up and as advertised. We felt right at home for the weekend.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

Elizabeth is a wonderful host - responsive and friendly. The home is lovely and just a short walk from town. The living area has an open floor plan, with a well appointed kitchen and lots of comfortable living room furniture - a nice space for hanging out in the evenings. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are quiet. The bathrooms were very clean and showers have great water pressure. There's a very thorough guest guide with everything you need to know about the house... heat, tv, garbage, etc... plus lots of helpful recommendations for restaurants, shopping and attractions. A great house whether you're traveling with family or friends - we felt very much at home.

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The place has everything you will need for a relaxing stay including a well equipped kitchen. It was just two of us with our dogs but the house can comfortably host a family. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The closest beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed walking to the pond that’s at the end of the road. The location is quiet and private. Our dogs had a fantastic time too. We will save John’s place for future stays!
