Great place felt right at home!!! Perfect for a nice relaxing getaway from the main city!

We had a wonderful day Stay here! We love to walk, and the location was just perfect for that. Great walks to the beach, and around town. Excellent restaurants within a short walk. An easy walk to the harbor to catch the ferry to the islands. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return. So glad we found this place.❤️

Aaron’s E. Falmouth home was the perfect spot for our girls’ weekend. His pictures & description matched what we found…clean, homey, and equipped with everything we needed! We loved walking the Shining Sea Bike Trail, enjoying wine at the Cape Cod Winery, and trying local brews at Bad Martha’s Brewery. We found live music, plenty of seashells at Old Silver beach, and delicious breakfast/coffee at Cape Cod Bagel. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron’s home!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Vlad’s home was a wonderful place to stay with many people! Really appreciated all the decor and attention to detail. My friends and I stayed for a wedding, and we were so glad all communication was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Akansha & Manav were wonderful hosts. Their beautiful little ranch is exactly as described - a well-appointed, open floor plan that feels spacious and cozy. The interior was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were everything I'd have and need at home - including a well-stocked kitchen with supplies, etc for those that enjoy cooking and grilling. I didn't have the chance to enjoy the firepit and grill as much as I'd like given my winter stay, but it's a cute backyard with lights - peaceful spot to unwind. As hosts, Akansha & Manav were incredibly kind and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting Manav in person while he was for a few spring maintenance projects. The house is newly repainted and fresh inside. I was a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, local trails, beach, ponds, and bike paths, and Mashpee Commons. It checked all of my needs and more - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Falmouth / Mashpee area.

This house worked out perfectly for our plans on this trip. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood and was reasonably priced compared to some of the other Cape listings. The host is very responsive and helpful and accommodated our early check in, and the house was clean and well kept.

I cannot say enough about our stay in Falmouth and this beautiful place! Tom is a very kind, responsive host who goes the extra mile for his guests. Highly recommend! A+

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.

We chose to spend our thanksgiving holiday with the family here. Overall the house had plenty of room for us all, and plenty of space all over should you need a quiet spot to get away to if you need a break from the group! The house matched the description, and was nicely stocked. Especially with kitchen utensils, extra blankets, pillows, etc. The only issue we would say, is that the refrigerator is way too small for the amount of people the house can accommodate and seems it would belong in an efficiency apartment or studio. The large fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and kids to play without worry. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape cod at Helinton’s house. Helinton was a very responsive host. He was always available for any questions or issues that arose. He quickly replaced umbrellas for the beach that we couldn’t find initially find. We all enjoyed the wonderful backyard including the pool with lots of fun inflatables and the grill/ outdoor kitchen. The outdoor fire pit was a big hit with my kids when making smores in the evenings. The home itself was clean and had enough space for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this sprawling home in the center of a golf course. The host was friendly and responsive and the home had all the amenities we wanted. The yard was great for the dogs to run, and the beach and Audubon were within walking distance. Highly recommend.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kathleen was very responsive to all my inquiries both prior to and during our stay. House was easy drive to shopping and dinning as well as the local ponds and beaches. Although we did not cook if u plan to prepare meals be aware kitchen has limited pots and pans for cooking. Also would have like to have a tea pot to boil water. Otherwise had everything we needed for a wonderful stay

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

This the kind of spot one comes to enjoy the quiet elegance of what Cape Cod offers. Beautiful homes and gardens. Adorable villages rich in history. And if that wasn’t enough…the food was fabulous and the residents were some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered.

We enjoyed our stay! Lynette was a fabulous host. Very convenient walking distance to Mass Maritime Academy. Beautiful view of the bay and sunsets. Will definitely use again if available!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

We had an amazing stay at Aviv's tranquil home! The yard was spacious and fully fenced, which was perfect for relaxing outdoors. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, and the location was unbeatable—so close to everything Cape Cod has to offer! We highly recommend Barnstable Brewery just down the street for some great local brews, and Misaki, a short walk away, was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway.

Catherine’s abode couldn’t have been more pleasant. Surrounded by Bourne’s natural woodland beauty, the property offers a lot to those who seek a peaceful getaway, with all the amenities you would need to have a great stay. The rental is, clearly, a top notch built addition, onto an already stunning home. With plenty of sights, activities and restaurants in the area to take in, staying here would never be a mistake. You’ll be thanking the owner for such great hospitality, and looking forward to another great stay, as I will certainly be.

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.
