You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We were in town for only 1 night and Yen's place worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The apartment is on the upper floor of an older house but is in great shape and very clean. The kitchen has all the basics to make a meal and there are a few pantry items in the cupboards. We stayed in mid-March and didn't need the air conditioning or have to adjust the heat and it was very comfortable. There are 35 stairs to reach the apartment that turn a couple times before arriving at the apartment door, which could be a hinderance for people with mobility issues, but they are well maintained and well lit, so not a problem otherwise. Yen's directions were clear and when we needed to reach him, he was quick to respond. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay! Went on off season to go to polar express and was so convenient! Walked with the kids to dinner-then ice cream and breakfast! The beds were comfortable, place was very clean and had such a refreshing get away. Would absolutely stay again

I had a restful stay at Mark's place. It's in walking distance to the ferry along with other amenities like bike rental, supermarket, local restaurants, the Net Result, as well as the ferry terminal. It's a great option for anyone who wants to visit MV without a car as local buses are also nearby. Mark tends to his home with care. It's a distinctive place with tons of character, just like MV, which is why I've been returning to the island for 30+ years. I'll be back!

Lovely, quiet, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to beaches, good dining, hiking, playground, and centrally located near several downtown areas. Host is so friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again.

We sought quiet for our Cape Cod extended weekend and we found it at this cottage. Dead end street in lovely, quiet neighborhood, with easy path through woods at end of street to walk to small public beach. For those with small children, know that the beach has a playground and clean bathrooms with generous hours. The dead end street is perfect for kid (or adult) bike riding. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with the bonus of AC in case of heat wave. The host is very responsive.

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

We had a wonderful ti.e staying here. The house is beautiful and accommodated everyone. There is plenty to do in the area and was a nice central aarea to take in everything the island has to offer. We would love to sstay here again. Thank you so much for hhosting us!

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

Akansha & Manav were wonderful hosts. Their beautiful little ranch is exactly as described - a well-appointed, open floor plan that feels spacious and cozy. The interior was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were everything I'd have and need at home - including a well-stocked kitchen with supplies, etc for those that enjoy cooking and grilling. I didn't have the chance to enjoy the firepit and grill as much as I'd like given my winter stay, but it's a cute backyard with lights - peaceful spot to unwind. As hosts, Akansha & Manav were incredibly kind and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting Manav in person while he was for a few spring maintenance projects. The house is newly repainted and fresh inside. I was a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, local trails, beach, ponds, and bike paths, and Mashpee Commons. It checked all of my needs and more - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Falmouth / Mashpee area.

Place was amazing and spacious. To bad we didn't have more time to enjoy it.

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Heathers condo was great and so close to ocean / beach. Would love to stay again during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the Cape! The condo was bright, clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The view of the water/proximity to the beach was amazing, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do around town. Would definitely recommend!

We were very happy with this comfortable 2 bedroom condo. Very clean and furnished nicely. Easy walk into town for shopping and dining. We had a few questions, which Leah answered quickly and in a friendly manner. Would stay again. Thank you Leah!

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.
