Great location, private, and quiet.

We had an amazing stay here, especially considering we got snowed in on Saturday and still had a great time! The area is beautiful, the neighborhood trail was fun to explore, and the history of Berkley Springs is fascinating. Jeff was kind and friendly, offered great recommendations, and very responsive to questions. The house was very clean and we were able to make use of the kitchen and pizza oven. Perfect little getaway spot!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed staying two nights to ring in the New Year at the Riverview Inn with our two very well-behaved dogs (aged 9 and 13). It was the perfect retreat after full day of hiking at Harper’s Ferry — and in close proximity to Shepherdstown where we went for dinner. It was chilly outside but the place was warm and cozy. There was everything we needed, including board games and two TVs. My husband also bird-watched and fished on their private dock right in front of the main property. He also brought a telescope for some stargazing. The power went out for a few hours in the evening on New Year’s Eve— Bill was very communicative and brought a flashlight and candles which was very thoughtful. Overall we loved our stay at the Inn and the entire town. One note: there is a spiral staircase between the top (bedroom) and bottom (bathroom/kitchen ) floor of the guest house. If accessibility is a challenge for you, it’s something to keep in mind.

This guesthouse is the cutest little spot you could ever ask for. Super comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities you might need for an extended stay. I’ve been using it as a home base for a travel nurse contract, and it has been so perfect.

Great place for an overnight stop - exactly like the photos, clean, nice yard for my dog! And host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Lynn and Mike have been the perfect hosts! they're very laid back to the point where it's so easy to talk to them! very responsive! very descriptive in their post! I don't even know if I have the space to write about my experience renting with them! They're awesome and they definitely make you feel at home and with family! especially with coming from nj, I wasn't sure how it would go. i have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience and with them! they're beautiful people inside and out and renting with them has been an amazing experience! came here for a place to sleep for my family and leaving with great memories and great friends! ❤️

Was a wonderful stay in Huntington! It took us a second to find the right driveway, but we were arriving at 4AM so that definitely contributed to the confusion. It was in a great location and felt safe and homey.

This stay was exactly what I needed for the trip. Beautiful snow capped view & privacy for a peaceful and wonderful experience .

It was by far one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The host was kind, helpful and made sure we felt comfortable. The place was very well kept and clean. It was very welcoming, would recommend anyone to stay here. It felt at home, peaceful during our stay.

This is a place you don't want to leave. I will definitely return and won't look anywhere else for area accommodations. Very cozy, very well stocked, extremely clean and well-kept.

This cabin was beautiful! The perfect spot for a quick getaway near Harper's Ferry for a couple. We loved that it was dog-friendly. Joe provided us with fire starters and logs which was really nice for the solo stove. We appreciated the coffee and dry-shampoo! The walk down to the river was really nice and easy to navigate with Joe's instructions. The cabin is much closer to the main farm house than it appears in the photos. The AC/Heat was very loud and would click on and off every few minutes. The cabin was extremely clean and perfect for two.

Lovely stay if you’re on an adventure and looking for somewhere with character. Was upgraded to the Shenandoah room on arrival. Had a great pint and burger by the fire across the street at the Rabbit Hole after a long hike. Hope to stay again!!

Our stay was a great experience. Coty was a fantastic host and communicated very proactively and helped us with whatever we needed. The place was very spacious, had comfortable couches and beds, a nice kitchen and great bathroom with a washer and dryer. Next door is a resteraunt owned by Coty, and the food was fantastic and quick to get. The only thing I would note is that the resteraunt is open pretty late on Saturday nights, so there was a bit of noise at times, but my friends and I slept just fine despite that. The location is pretty great, located near some beautiful hikes and scenery, so there's a lot to do! Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place with great local food and culture, and easy access to points of interest!

Location is in walking distance of the national park, the place is cozy but small.

Stayed here while cycling the C&O towpath. Place to rinse and lock up bikes, filtered/chilled water to refill bottles, snacks and goodies for purchase on-site a huge plus.

I stayed at Diana's place with my two cousins and we had a great time! This was a great place to kick back and relax after a day of hiking in the gorge! Everyone had their own bedroom and the location was perfect for exploring all sections of the New River Gorge area. If you have a low profile vehicle, getting into the driveway might be tricky as it's a bit steep as you pull off the road (Subaru Outback had no issues but a small sedan might have problems). The home was clean and very interesting (we had to ask Diana how it was built when she stopped in to help with a small problem because we were intrigued). Diana was an excellent host! Very friendly and readily available to answer questions and provide suggestions!

This worked out perfectly for my extended stay while starting a new job and waiting to close on our house. Close to downtown and to a neighborhood shopping/dining district. Bright, clean, and spacious studio apt above the garage with tons of natural light, multiple windows, high ceilings, comfortable bed and sectional couches, and well appointed kitchen. Hot shower with good water flow (always important!). Laundry access just downstairs in the garage. Melody was super helpful with communication about checkin and during winter weather events (Charleston had an unusually snowy winter). I was a bit sad to leave when the time came as it was such a comfortable place to stay. Thank you!
