The house was gorgeous and such a high standard. Eachensuite bathroom looked brand new, and the whole place was just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and stay agai .

The house was nice, just as pictures showed and in a good area. Perminder was good at communicating and getting back to us and was always friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Kate and Guy were always on hand & replied to messages straight away, so great communication & very chilled about everything. The house is beautiful, great set up & layout, perfect for kids & what we needed it for with a great local walkable pub. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great house in a fantastic location just yards from the beach. Plenty of space for all the adults, two children and two dogs. Rosie thought of everything including a nice box of goodies like bread, pastries, biscuits and milk on arrival. House was well stocked with toys and games and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Friends are already taking about returning.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Had an amazing week staying in Rosie’s Place, it was perfect. Clear instructions, lots of extra useful information. Bonus, parking available at front of apartment. Close to sea front to Havel lovely walks every day. Nice to have views from the bay window looking out at the sea. FABULOUS 😊

Lovely spot, great location

There’s a reason the property is highly rated! The property looks exactly as the pictures and is ideally located to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nick was on hand to personally greet us and help with parking, which was a nice touch. There is lots of history about the building which is throughout the apartment in the pictures and an interesting book. The kitchen is more than equipped for any at home cooking. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thanks again Nick!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops and local shops. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts, including tea, milk, and some snacks.

Great stay, lovely views and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our walks along the promenade and into the town. Flat clean and cosy and well equiped not that we did much cooking as we tend not to on holiday. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

Rob: Best host ever? Easily! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a personalised welcome card which – a touch that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. The directions to the property, the beach, and the woodland were so detailed, they were almost a mini-adventure in themselves! And on-tap filtered water? Pure genius! The property was clean and felt wonderfully homely. Rob’s communication was simply outstanding; he anticipated every need and answered every question before we even asked. He's like a host with superpowers. The private beach was the star of the show. The dramatic tides transformed the landscape twice daily, making it feel like we were experiencing two completely different beaches. It was truly magical. Plus, the friendly neighbours on the private estate added to the welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it!

We had a great short stay at Michelle’s beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 of us plus the dog and set in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely return.

A gorgeous apartment, beautifully decorated and with everything you could need, including parking! Perfect location to easily access Southsea and the historic dockyards. Loads of independent bars, cafes and shops on the doorstep, yet still quiet and relaxing.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We had a great weekend stay at Roman's Retreat. The flat is in a private road with a partial sea view. It is well located on the south coast of Hayling Island. We had great weather so were able to walk along the sea front with ease. On our first night we ate out in one of the local pubs, there were two very close by with other dining options. In the morning we nipped out to the convenience store (around the corner) and grabbed a coffee from one of the many coffee shops. The place has two spacious bedrooms and a large living room with two sofas. Everything you need for a couple or family of four. The bathroom and kitchen appear to be newly refurbished and therefore spotlessly clean. It's a first floor flat which benefits from a small balcony which I sat out on taking in the late September afternoon sun. We parked right outside in the private road which felt safe and secure. It's a great place for a visit to Hayling Island. Louise was a great host, very responsive. Thanks!

a lovely little apartment that felt warm and welcoming. it was a joy to settle down and relax in front of the wood burner after my journey and it was ideally located for my needs. the bed was supper comfy and felt really luxurious. I would definitely recommend this flat and I'd definitely return!
