Other than some building work to the outside of the property (not the host's fault) this was an excellent place to stay and Max was always very quick to answer any queries.

This was our second stay in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment and will definitely book again when we’re in Leeds. Wonderful friendly hosts and very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to the centre of Leeds and surrounding areas.

Had a lovely stay at Frank's apartment. I think it's even nicer than the photos! Felt really cosy, quiet, had everything I needed and was a real home from home. It was warm, comfy and really made my stay most enjoyable, especially when it snowed heavily. Was really handy to have the parking permit so I knew I could park my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. I didn't do much exploring as it was a work stay for a panto contract, but it looks like a great area for a hike and there are some nice restaurants around. Frank was very communicative when I contacted him and gave very clear and informative instructions and guidance on the area and the house. Would definitely book again if I ever come back!

Ideal location for visiting family.Nice walks along the canal either way to nearby towns with plenty of facilities. Comfortable accommodation with welcoming hosts.

We found the home very easy to find. A 10 minute walk to the town centre. The flat was just right some lovely features in the property. There was tea coffee and complimentary biscuits. Cereal, snacks that i have never had at any other AIR BNB i have stayed. If goings to Leeds please try this place well worth the money.

The apartment was clean,comfortable,well decorated and appointed. Judith our host was very friendly,rang us to say we could check in early. She met us at the apartment and explained everything to us and recommended places to eat and visit. There was outdoor seating and a lovely big garden for our use. Super dog friendly,good parking,we will definitely return.

We stayed here for a few nights 15-17th March. It was a lovely peaceful and pleasant getaway. There was everything you needed and more in the cosy cottontail. A very short walk into ilkley centre and not too far from supermarkets to allow you to self cater if preferred. We would definitely recommend and return here. Thank you so much it was wonderful.

Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

Stayed for a couple of nights for a family function in Leeds. He had a lovely stay. The place is quiet and has an added bonus for off-road parking.

Great stay, was close to site which was ideal for the team staying away. Had everything the team needed and if we are working over that way again we would definitely love to rebook again. Thankyou

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and relaxed in the cottage. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a great shower with plenty of hot water, the beds were very comfortable. We were able to park the car directly outside the front door and Martin left the parking permit for us in the front room. The cottage is situated just a few minutes walk from the main town centre which allowed us easy access to the shops and restaurants. I would like to stay again in the future.

A gorgeous stay! Exceeded our expectations. All the nice little touches, like the freshly baked goodies, ample teas, coffees, hot chocolates and marshmallows, really added to the experience. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is really peaceful and not far to walk in to Holmfirth centre. We would definitely visit here again!

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! We visited to celebrate a big birthday and the house more than accommodated the 10 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a whole cupboard of board games. The hosts were welcoming and the house was stunning.

Well positioned for transport links various places to eat an drink fish an chips shop over the road walk on the leeds Liverpool canal and also a couple of parks to visit one drawback is quite a few steps to negotiate getting in to the apartment

Extremely warm comfortable place. Very spacious and well fitted out. Everything we needed for a few days.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. We enjoyed our stay. Phil was very accommodating and the apartment perfect for our needs. We had stayed in another of Phil's apartment before so we knew exactly where to go.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

Jayne has been a fantastic host and started our trip off with Cookies and Cava!! The apartment was easy to find, modern and clean as a whistle. The fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher was fantastic to cook in and easy some excellent music! The bedroom and bathroom were comfy and clean with enough room to spread out in. A very good stay at Emily’s. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We used the good parking in the side street because the allocated parking is tight. Very good local amenities and easy access to bus routes into the city. We were visiting friends nearby and also spent a lovely time in the local area, including in Roundhay Park. The apartment was just right for us. Communication throughout was timely, clear and helpful. Thank you Emily.
