good location for pubs, restaurants and boat trips. good bathroom, comfy bed and sofa. Quite warm at night and the area was noisy with the windows open but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, everything was in easy reach and walkable, beach, shops, town centre etc. clean, tidy, comfortable & clear instructions. would stay again.

Um apartamento é incrível, bem localizado no centro da cidade, mas parece que não, pois é bem arborizado me senti em casa…. Sem contar que tinha tudo perto, como supermercado, restaurantes, academia perto e vários parques lindos para caminhar. Eu recomendo muito o apartamento do Michael. Obrigado foi muito bom tirar esse final de semana para descansar em sua propriedade.

Stay at this place was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfectly organised and very clean. There was also toys and books which helped a lot to keep my toddler engaged whilst in the house. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and will definitely visit again. Thanks Lee and Karen.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

Lovely spot in an ideal location if you’re visiting Swanage , 1 minute from the shops and highst and 2 minutes from the sea front. Gorgeous space , well equipped and very clean. Thank you!

This was the perfect apartment for our needs (3 adults and a dog). The location is excellent – over the road from the beautiful beach which runs for miles, a few minutes away from a lovely local pub, and town is a 10-minute walk with more bars, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is spacious, clean, light and airy. The outdoor seating area is perfect for soaking in the sun – with lots of furniture and a large hot tub. Beds were really comfortable, the décor is of a very high standard and the kitchen very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including condiments, sauces, coffee machine and a welcome pack with bread, milk, biscuits, popcorn. Jemma the host is a lovely person. Very accommodating and responsive, and you immediately get the feeling that she genuinely puts her guests at the heart of everything she does. I would absolutey recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again in the future.

A wonderful view of the sea, a beautiful and tidy place, everything is good, close to all activities, and Liz' very respectful and respectable. I highly recommend it.

Peggy’s Holt was an ideal location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. It is within walking distance of the main town but far enough away to be a quiet place to stay. All facilities that would expect, with parking just outside. A clean and cosy place with a secure garden, ideal for our dog to enjoy some fresh air and bark at the birds.

Thank you for providing a comfortable and relaxing base for our family holiday. Super communication throughout. Just what we hoped for.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, hosts are very helpful and also respectful, had an amazing time away for my mums hen do is a perfect place for a gathering with friends and family.

We had a fantastic few days at Steve’s Lymington house. Many people have commented on how stylish the house is and there is no doubt that is the case, exceptionally so. This is not at the expense of comfort, however, with brilliantly comfy beds, sofa and blankets to get cosy in front of the big telly, or outside in the beautiful garden with a glass of wine. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking and dining in and as many have also said the house is a short walk from the centre of Lymington with the pubs and restaurants around the High Street. Finally, Steve was very approachable with all necessary information to ensure a smooth arrival process and in response to any questions. A great place all in all, we would highly recommend it ( we were a 3 generation group of 5 and had lots of space and comfort) as a beautiful New Forest base. Many thanks Steve

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Swanage. Apartment is finished to a very high standard with beautiful décor. Everything works as it should and the under floor heating is a real treat in the morning when making breakfast!

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant location right in the centre of Yarmouth, yet still quiet and private. Fabulous bathrooms and great back garden. Kitchen had most of the basics. A non stick saucepan would have been fab and a gas bbq. The charcoal bbq was adequate but a gas one would be amazing. Great washing and drying facilities, spacious hall, stairs and landing and gorgeous carpeting / flooring throughout. Comfortable beds and pillows. The managing company omitted to make up the sofa bed as requested but swiftly solved the problem when they realised it was their mistake. Very polite and responsive, would book again. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. The location is beautiful - I’d recommend a visit to the park behind the apartment block, which has a lovely little beach.

We had a lovely stay. Hettie felt as welcome as us with the bowls, towels and treats. Plenty of areas local to walk for toileting and the beach was only 5/10 mins walk away and this time of year is dog friendly. Recommend the Moroccan restaurant in Southbourne.

This is a lovely apartment in a convenient location within easy walking distance of everything Lymington has to offer. This is a great location for exploring the New Forest and the south coast. We felt immediately at home. The apartment was tastfully decorated and well equipped. I always worry about properties that accept pets but this apartment was really fresh and very clean. The parking arrangement worked very well, so the absence of private parking was not a problem. The owner Lara communicated all necessary information and was very attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. We certainly intend to stay again.

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

I never actually got to stay in Andreas place this time as I had a small work issue that delayed my arrival :-(. With that being said I have stayed here many times and always had an amazing stay. I will definitely be back.

Christine was a lovely host and answered all our questions quickly before and during our stay. The house felt just like home and was very clean and welcoming. Christine made sure we had everything we needed and even suggested areas we could visit. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

From when you enter Elsie’s apartment you can’t help put be impressed, definitely got the wow! Factor. Everything was beautiful and comfortable made even better by a sun trap of an outside area. Walking to restaurants is easy and the seafront on your doorstep. It’s also a perfect place for the BIC and 02
