Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

I booked this place for some r&r and I liked it so much I booked an additional night. Has everything you could possibly need to recharge your batteries.

We had a great stay at this home. The purpose was for family to gather for an 85th birthday and it was perfect. The home was well stocked with all we needed. It was clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We had plenty of space to all gather together and everyone also had their own private space. We would absolutely rent again. Thank you!!

We were fortunate to spend several months at the Waterside Home with our two children and our dog during our house renovation and couldn’t have asked for a more charming and peaceful spot. Jonathan is a wonderful host and was always responsive. Pictures cannot begin to do justice to the spectacular landscaping, the mature trees and paths carved through cultivated wildflower meadows. We loved playing tennis and pickleball with our kids. While given privacy, we all appreciated the well-cherished grounds. Inside, there was plenty of room to accommodate our family. It’s well-furnished, charming and functional and very much like a home rather than a rental house. The kitchen has everthing we needed. The primary suite in particular is lovely and large with stunning views over the reservoir. Last, the location is perfect within a few easy minutes of Katonah’s cute shops and restaurants and near 684 yet completely quiet, secure and tranquil. Thank you Jonathan for a perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ya & Diego's home. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and the location was perfect. We were able to get downtown within 8 minutes, Harbor Point was only approximately 10 - 12 minutes, and the new Whole Foods market was 1/2 mile away, so it was very convenient. Diego was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. We look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the yard and pool which will make the stay even nicer!

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

We loved our stay in Calum's Airbnb! It is a short commute from NYC and conveniently located between two main areas with plenty of grocery store and restaurant options. The home itself is well equipped with an amazing kitchen and many board games - so we were always entertained.

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

Monica’s AirBnB residence was all that my family and I could have asked for. I needed somewhere comfy and spacious enough to host my large family for my birthday dinner. The residence was in a very peaceful area, clean, spacious, nice character and good amenities. Monica was very responsive to my inquiries and provided enough detail up front so I didn’t have to wonder what to expect. Thank you!!

This was our first airbnb experience and it felt like you were at home! Caroline always made us feel very welcome from our late arrival and throughout our stay. She was always very attentive to our needs. Great water pressure in shower and she even had milk, bread and butter in the fridge and coffee and hot chocolate. Super clean and felt very homey with her accessories. Quiet neighborhood. My husband and I would happily stay there again when in the area. Thank you Caroline!!

I am very excited because of I found this wonderful , cozy and comfortable house! The view from here was amazing 😻 this home is very close from NY city, you need about one hour to get there. 15 minutes away from shopping center. Angie is the great host! Thank you! We had a lovely Thanksgiving stay with our family. After a lengthy car trip with lots of traffic, we were so pleased to walk into a very welcoming space that was open, bright, and extremely comfortable. Additionally it was clearly well appointed and very clean. To top it off, there was a marvelous carrot cake left by Andrea for our enjoyment. When an issue came up, Andrea and Dennis responded promptly and quickly resolved the problem. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again at a later date.

Chondra’s space was clean, well appointed, and the most comfortable mattresses we’ve slept on in a long time! It’s always a challenge finding someplace to stay in Nyack, but this Airbnb fit the bill and exceeded expectations. Our toddler has already asked to go back after falling in love with the toys there. Hope to be back soon!

We booked a weekend in White Plains for a friend’s baby shower / baby prep. This space was the perfect location and just the right amount of space for us with two little ones. We’ve never stayed in a place with a pack n play and high chair but this was so convenient. They added a couple little puzzles or games too for kids. Also I don’t remember reading in the listing that it is only 5 minutes Kensico Dam and Cranberry Lake Persevere which were lovely outdoor spaces for a little hike.

This is a lovely, serene house with very modern design. It’s extremely clean, bright and open. If you already know this area, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s close to the restaurants and bars in Peekskill and otherwise surrounded by rolling hills and close to a firing range. I like hearing the gunshots during the day because it gives rural, forested feeling. There were issues with the WiFi connected TV and heating but the hosts responded and helped me immediately. I love this house. Would return. Last but not least the upstairs bedroom, loft and huge bathroom with sinking tub are amazing!

My family and i rented this entire house during our vacation to NY. the place was very clean, & spacious, located in a nice safe and quiet area. we definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this place over and over again

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Julio's place was squeeky clean. The kitchen was well lit and easy to work in. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Julio was easy to communicate with.

Filiz place is wonderful and it’s worth every dollar paid for it. I will recommend it anytime any day

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. The Team was fantastic from start to finish. Very communicative prior and during check-in, which made the process much easier. Highly Recommend!

2nd time staying here, the house is beautiful. We always enjoy the fireplace. Great for families traveling with children! Will be back again!!
