Wer die Unterkunft nur zum schlafen braucht, um New York in der Vorweihnachtszeit zu erkunden, hat mit Ricky's Wohnung eine super günstige Option. Manhattan ist zwar 30 min mit dem Zug (Hudson Line), aber der Bahnhof und auch Bushaltestellen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schade fand ich, dass ich Ricky während meines Aufenthaltes nicht gesehen habe, ich hätte gern mit einem einheimischen New Yorker gequatscht. Dennoch war es eine gute und günstige Möglichkeit in New York ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Danke, dass ich bei dir 4 Nächte bleiben konnte.

Robert’s place was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed for a last minute change of plans for New Year’s Eve. We had a party to attend and needed to check in late but Robert was very flexible and allowed a super late check in. He was also responsive and very friendly. We were roughly 35 minutes from our party in the city so the location was perfect for the price. Everything was as pictured and overall affordable considering how late we booked.

Great place to stay for the price

The place is clean and conveniently located near public transport. Ricky is very responsive to any requests. I would definitely book again during my stay in the area.

Gilberto and Ricky were very friendly and their place was a very good fit for my needs. They were responsive and had a nice room to rent me for the couple of days. I absolutely recommend their rooms if you dont have the pricey dollars to spend. It was well worth the money. I want to thank them for their services.

Martin is a great guy and a great host. He is responsive and accommodating. Nice home on a beautiful serene property. Definitely keeping Martin in mind for future stays!

The place was great. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing I'd change is maybe some curtains to make it darker and a little less banging around by the host family. Otherwise, everything was top notch. I'd stay again.

Matthew and Wynn are lovely hosts, and their home is very comfortable. Both were very communicative throughout, offering suggestions for spots nearby-- not to mention sharing some photography insights with me from their own professional experience! I look forward to staying with them when I'm in the area again.

I so enjoy the castle so much! For the first time, I took a long walk around the area, along the lake one night. So easy and safe to walk. hour n half walk and only seven cars. So private and secluded. The host is always very responsive with any questions or help or help I may need

He is a good, respectful person, the room has everything you need for a stay, the house is close to Stamford, there are restaurants, markets, the train station, everything you need... thank you so much Martin.
