This was a fantastic place to stay for our group of friends and a few children. It was beautiful and peaceful and clean. Charis was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. The rooms were all lovely and included shampoo, body wash, conditioner. Our kids loved feeding the fish with the fish food left for us. It's also a convenient journey from London. We'd love to stay here again.

I was here for work and the area was fantastic. Great place to walk my dog in the morning and evenings. Fantastic facilities like gym and coffee shop. Would happily stay again even if not for work.

We loved our stay at the barn. Bigger inside than pictures, gorgeous wood beams and high ceilings made it feel grand. Very clean and well decorated, felt welcoming. Was helpful that kitchen had basics like salt, pepper, oil, some tea bags, milk, coffee and dishwasher tablets. Beautiful views from living/kitchen area overlooking vineyard and in the distance can see the river. Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely walks right from the barn along the riverside and through the vineyard. Enjoyed the spa and salt room, lovely that this was a private booking. Well equipped clean gym. Cafe does very good food and reasonable.

the granary barn was beautiful and a perfect space for big gathering of friends. the dining table and social space were excellent. beds were super comfortable and bedding was luxury (feather!) it was very well heated, which was good for a January weekend but some of the bedrooms were excessively warm making it a little hard to sleep. use of hot tub and gym were a nice addition but a bit tricky to know exactly when you would want to go as you have to book in advance. overall a great stay though and would come back

We loved our night's stay at the Hen House. We live locally and visit Parlour Cafe regularly (it's our fav local cafe and they do the yummiest food) We booked our stay to have some quality time together and it was perfect. Easy to access, hot tub was easy to book and there are some lovely walks locally. Host was easy to get hold of and lots of information sent up-front :)

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

Nice little house. Pleasant decor. Excellent modern kitchen. 4 minutes walk to Whitstable high street and the seafront, with lots of Cafes, Bars and restaurants. It is probably more suited to adults than kids.

Rebecca and Kevin’s place is cosy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located - near the station and walkable to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I have a comfortable stay. Will like to stay here again next time I’m visiting.

I loved my 4 days here with the dog! The house is so cosy and comfy , with everything you need - we loved the ever hot keeping the kitchen warm and the fact there is no TV makes it even more charming. Bed is super comfy and lovely waking to the sound of the sea. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Everything went well and we had a nice visit. We might visit again.

Jess’s place is incredibly well located for Whitstable beach, literally a 1 min walk via ‘Wave Alley’ and the high street is also walkable. The house is warm and spacious, with a large light filled kitchen and access to the garden. I really liked the private parking, a huge bonus in Whitstable. Jess was helpful and responsive to our questions, and she really went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Everything was exactly as described and more. What made this really special was that we ran into some unexpected personal issues and Greg and Lauren went further than we could have expected or even hoped for under the circumstances. Terrific people and a wonderful place. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are visiting whitstable, you won’t find a better located home - largely because it’s walkable to the beach AND one of the best coffee shops on the planet (shout out Grain & Harvest bakery). Kitchen was brilliant and well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. It also has a dryer for clothes - major bonus. House was perfect for our large family and we had a small accident and Julie was a legend in that process to resolve amicably and fair.

We wanted a VERY dog friendly place as we were attending a wedding and have 3 dogs who weren’t invited. Carolin and Lukes’s place was great. Our girls were welcomed with water waiting for them, treats and a bed. We could walk them on the lead on site and there are lovely dog friendly walks nearby such as Leysdown-on-Sea Nature Reserve and beach. Carolin contacted us to see what our preferences were for breakfast and even left 1/2 lovely freshly laid eggs. The caravan was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay here. Accommodation was clean and well presented. The heating was excellent - my cold blooded husband definitely appreciated this! The shower was powerful and hot. We were very much using this as a sleeping spot only and for that purpose it was fine.

This place was wonderful, Claire was a fantastic host. I would stay here anytime that I go back. Recommended this place to lots of friends already. The photos do not do it justice. My brother was in a wheelchair and was able to get around easily in the house. So much space, lots of parking and beautiful grounds to walk around. Don’t have to look for a place next time I’m in England visiting friends and family because this is now the only place I will stay. Julie

Enjoyed 3 nights at Irene's beautiful bungalow as family of 3 adults and 2 young kids. The house was lovely, a home from home. To be clear there are 3 double bedrooms (one of which is using a sofa bed) and in addition a living room and conservatory. Given the time of year (October half term) we didn't use the conservatory or the garden, but they would be wonderful spaces in the summer months. The location was great - Tankerton high street is at the end of the road, and just behind that is the sea and pebble beaches. Ten minutes walk into Whitstable, and around 30-40 mins relaxed drive further up to Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. All in all highly recommend!

The house is clean and big, the view of the beach, the windows have a view of the beach, the people of the city are clean and attentive, I would come back again

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights to enjoy what whitstable has to offer. Short walk from the seafront and the restaurants and pubs in the town. Comfy bed and a decent shower, not much more you could ask for short trip away. Good communication from the host including recommendations and tips on where to go and restaurants to eat all.

we spent New Year here and couldn't fault it! Michele's house is well equipped, comfortable and clean. we absolutely loved the artwork and decor, it's quirky and interesting whilst being cosy and homely. Having parking for 2 cars in Whitstable is such a a bonus too! You are within easy walking distance of the harbour, beach, high street and pubs and restaurants. We had a couple of questions on arrival which Michele responded to quickly. The whole experience was perfect and we would love to come back. Highly recommended! Thanks Michele.

I am so pleased with my stay. Chris and Nic are very nice, warm and welcoming and they delivered much more than what was listed. They have a very beautiful place and it's perfectly clean. Thank you for keeping us so warm all through our stay. The structure of the annex gives you so much privacy and a picturesque view of the most beautiful garden I've ever seen. the bed is cozy, the toilet and shower has everything you need, super host style. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
