Absolutely beautifully decorated & very importantly the beds very comfortable and beautiful bedding.

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The house is beautiful and extremely well located for access to both Whitstable town, harbour and beaches. Tim was also a great host, who was extremely responsive!

We had a lovely stay in Gillingham and this AirBnB was ideal for our situation. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The space was as described and plenty of room for us all. Parking was a bit tricky as the road was very busy but we secured a spot opposite the house after a couple of times around the block and stayed there for the duration of our visit. Nice little shops locally and easy to get around.

This place is a little gem right in the heart of Whitstable! The property was perfect for us in every way, spotlessly clean, decorated to a high spec and had some real luxury touches ! We are a family of 5 (all kids under 12), it had everything we could have asked for, the games and puzzles kept everyone entertained! The hosts communicated from start to finish and went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything it could be, from the lovely welcome hamper to the offer of a late check out & the extensive book of recommendations, we couldn't have been been better looked after! I often struggle to sleep when away from home, I'm 6 ft 3 and our youngest still climbs into bed with us most nights! This was not a problem here and even with our regular little visitor there was plenty of room for all, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! Hoping to plan another trip to Whitstable next year! We loved it, this will be top of our list when it comes to looking for accommodation

Great place to stay, probably the most cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to, everything looked brand new! The place has thermometers around so you’re able to control the heating temperature in different rooms which is awesome. The place is located in the heart of the city centre, so close to the pier, seafront, and all the shops, bars and restaurants (all walkable). If you are staying during the weekend be mindful that there will he noise on the street from bars, pubs and people etc, as it’s in the centre - can make it difficult to sleep at times. It’s a short walk from the two train stations and there is a paid parking service around the corner. I would say it only fits 5 people comfortably rather than 6, the sofa bed is meant to fit 2 people but it’s broken on pulling it out, so only really suitable for 1 person to sleep on. Otherwise is an immaculate place, safe, clean, good rooftop, convenient, and responsive hosts for any q’s. Would definitely book again!

This place was incredible! Beautiful, cozy, clean, and spacious! Janet had everything you could need for your stay, including a little breakfast, coffee, and tea welcome kit. I immediately felt right at home in this place. Janet was friendly and kind and always very responsive to my questions. Also, as a solo traveler, from the tucked away entrance to the well-lit porch, I felt very safe in this space. It was a short walk to the train station (and a cheap Uber from the train station if you have luggage or it’s cold, etc.). It’s also across the street from a quiet little park. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I loved this Airbnb and how beautiful it was and how wish I could live there year-round! I just hope I can return in the summer so I can enjoy the patio area!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as pictured—beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and we really appreciated how well-maintained and welcoming the space felt. The host was communicative and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay. We’d love to come back in the future!

Fabulous place to stay as a couple or with a young child. Easy walk to a lovely high street and longer walk or very short drive to a couple of great beaches, with pubs and cafes. Lots of kids’ toys and books to keep young children amused. Armelle was very responsive and gave us great tips to enjoy the local area. Only point to note is that flat is up 2 flights of narrow stairs, so may be tricky to bring a non-folding buggy up. We had a great time!

Bella and her team were great and really helpful! They came to change the key lock box number and kindly turned the heating up a little bit for us ! There were some nice treats left for us too which was very welcome! The apartment was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable! Will definitely be booking again when we next come to Chelmsford

Bethany’s apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Whitstable. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for walking down to the harbour and onto the high street. Being able to park off the road was an added bonus. There was plenty of really helpful information in the apartment from places of interest to local restaurants. As the evenings were chilly we really enjoyed lighting the log burner. Highly recommend Bethany’s place. We hope to return in the future.

Katie is a very responsive and helpful host. The property was as described, nice and clean and comfortable. It is not particularly close to the station (about a 25 minute walk) but it did have a very useful Co-op nearby and pub. Its a shame the weather was so awful otherwise I would have enjoyed the walk through the park to the town. A good comfortable stay and very helpful host. Thank you

We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

Honestly one of the best Air BnB's I've stayed in! The place was clean and tidy and smelt great. Samantha was a great host, it was the little things that impressed me most, she even asked what type of milk we would like in the fridge! If you're going Southend, book here!!
