We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. Tina was very generous with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Well appointed and planned accommodation, which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our dog loved to run around in the secure paddock. Very highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. Dave was very responsive to any enquiries I had and replied almost instantly. The house itself was tidy, clean and very spacious. The kids loved the garden space to play. Would highly recommend staying here. Bonus is parking on the drive which helps with young kids!

Thanks for the lovely stay, perfect space for both of us including the dog. Much needed peace away with great walks in the surrounding area. Jan provided a Doggy goodie pack which come into much use! Everything you needed was provided and it was a very comfortable stay. Will definitely be back again!

Well equipped cottage which looks newly decorated and pristine. Nice long garden at the back and a bright kitchen big enough to sit around the table and eat in. The village is very friendly, with fabulous walks only a few yards from the door out to the marshes and then expansive views towards the Thames. Street parking literally outside front door very handy for getting luggage in and out. Our month long stay was excellent. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at James' lovely cottage, very clean, cosy and comfortable. James was very easy to reach and he replied to my messages promptly. Highly recommend.

Good little find for the weekend with family at a great price. Niro great host who responded & communicated well. Brought some issues to their attention which were rectified immediately along with confirmation that they had been fulfilled even after I had left. It’s good to know that animals are welcome as I do struggle to find accommodation that accepts dogs. Would recommend niros place as it’s ideally located too.

Tyler was always happy assist with any queries we had about he guests stay and proactively responsive with messages and information that made it as smooth and as an easy process as possible. Recommendations and further assistance was provided and a great host we will use again in the future.

Really enjoyed another stay at Colleen's caravan. It's such a nice spot to sit out on the veranda and watch the sun go down. Very quiet part of the site, with quiet neighbours. Enjoyed some nice dog walks at Minster On Sea, Shellness and Barton's Point. The caravan has everything you need to cook if you want to. The wifi is a nice bonus and helps to keep youngsters happy.

Peaceful site, excellent location for caravan. Beautiful view from the living room over the sea and also great for the bird watching. Spare tea and jam that kids absolutely loved. Definitely coming again.

Margaret’s caravan was lovely, clean, spacious and exactly as listed. I had a question and called Margaret and she answered straight away and was very helpful. Would definitely return. Thank you

Lovely place to stay, very clean and tidy. If we went again would go within a warmer month as it was very cold. Plenty of blankets and heaters were provided which we were very thankful for. Kirsty is a fab host and was very responsive with my questions and queries

The caravan is in a convenient position close to all amenities and was spotlessly clean.

Had a great stay. Was exactly like the photo. Really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and snacks for kids. Really hoping to stay again in the summer

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

This is the third time I have stayed here. Each time I get a lovely welcome message from Claire, and a pint of milk in the fridge. There are also basic condiments which makes it easy to eat takeaways, or if you decide to cook. There are local shops for last minute groceries, and a great kebab / fish and chip shop too. The apartment is fabulous, well furnished, and immaculate. Claire the owner is lovely, very responsive to messages, and generally gives an air of being one of the nicest people around. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful place to stay. Very cosy just what I needed for a night. The field was very very close to walk my dog round. Ana was very quick at responding which was very good! The road could be a little loud but once you were in the bedroom you couldn’t hear it. All in all a very pleasant stay I really enjoyed it thank you.

Great little place, ideal location and very clean. Would have appreciated some shower gel tho. Expected there to be some and there wasn’t.

We had a wonderful time at sunflower staycation. Cher was so friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. The sheep and goats were great fun to see and the runner ducks were hilarious. We had a fantastic time. Thank you so much Cher it was fantastic ❤️

Beautiful little cosy cottage , plenty of character and the bedding is 5 stars ! Wood burner, thank you for the ready wood inside , easy to get it on . Great pub at proximity and nice little shop near too . I will definitely come back soon . Thank you Duncan !

Extremely clean. Sauces etc in kitchen was unexpected and a very nice touch . Ditto Extra duvets, pillows in wardrobes. Shampoo etc in bathroom. Single beds very comfy. Double bed has a firm mattress. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again
