Yet another amazing stay in Sarahs house. The views are just amazing. It's so nice to sit and have your morningcoffe watching the dolphins swim by. The house is just perfect and very clean. We will be back to this amazing place.

Lizzie is an organised, pleasant and responsive host. Check in instructions are professional and detailed. House is in perfect location for a swim, surf, hike along the cliffs, etc. and a short drive away from the wineries and local towns. The yard is well maintained, the house spotless, welcoming and comfortable. I stayed with my doggie and we both enjoyed it. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking to relax and/or enjoy the great outdoors :)

Thanks for the ultimate family beach holiday! The house is not fancy - similar to Rottnest accomodation, if you are familiar with that - but it is very clean with a cute garden, has everything you need for comfort and is an unbeatable Yallingup location. When not at the beach, we spent many hours happily installed on the lovely front porch reading, playing cards, drinking wine and watching the world go by. Walkable for coffee, general store, pub and beach - so nice to not have to get in the car all the time!

The house is close to everything with great views of the bay and a handy walking path. Also the restaurant next door was excellent. It is comfortable and in a great position . We would stay again

Good place to stop coming up from Albany before a morning flight out of Perth. The place was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend

Our family had a fabulous time at The Tree House. Excellently located with beach, bush and lake within walking distance. The house was a home from home - everything we needed for our short stay. To sit at tree level surrounded by nature was so relaxing. Highly recommended!!

Lovely place which was much nicer than the pictures! Great location that enabled you to walk to Dunsborough local town and beach! Would definitely recommend for young families!

Great location, perfect accommodation, new and modern and spacious for our older family. Very helpful communication from South West Properties - always happy and ready to help. They were amazing - cannot wait to go back.

We appreciate the clear instructions provided. We felt right at home after we entered the place. Bathroom was huge with a washing machine + a rack provided to hang the clothes outside. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends or return here if we are ever in Perth again ☺️
