Perfect beach batch! Extremely close to a beach access and great surf spot. Grocery store, cafes and restaurants are all within an easy walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped and so much space for surf boards and hanging out outside.

The property suited our needs perfectly. It was spacious, immaculately presented, with all needs catered for. Access was easy, with beaches and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful spot, super cosy. Easy checkin and great communication. The place had everything we needed, bed was super comfortable, and fenced area was ideal with our furbabies. Beautiful views of the sunset as well as sun in the dining area for when you're having your morning coffee. Definitely see ourselves rebooking here if ever back in the area.

A lovely, welcoming home, really well equipped, very comfortable. Communication was great from start to finish and every everything in the house had clear instructions which was very helpful. We will definitely stay again

We had a wonderful 10 days in this cosy cottage in The Mount. Entry and exit were extremely easy and Antony was very helpful letting us enter a few hours earlier than the stated time. The cottage was very clean and well equipped, we were able to cook several meals including a BBQ. The location was amazing, it took 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and then 20 minutes along the boardwalk to get down to the main beach at the base of the Mount. The beaches are lovely, so clean with easy swimming conditions and plenty of surfing if wanted. There are lots of good restaurant choices all within easy walking distance. We ventured out and did some waterfall hikes and a visit to Rotorua to the thermal pools. Antony was super easy to communicate with and helped make our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the location! We walked to the beach with boogie boards and had a blast! Rooms were a little warm at night, we had windows open at first but bugs were coming in (no screens), but there was an AC in the living room and fans in the rooms! Loved having washer and dryer!

Location is excellent - the main high street is a few minutes walk away, and in 10 mins you can be on the beach. Facilities are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Kitchen was a little dated but fully functional and had everything needed to throw together an easy meal. The shower over the bath only just reached the top of my head so anyone tall would have to get creative! Communication was excellent start to finish. Clear instructions. A very helpful book with tips and ideas of places to go. Would absolutely book again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved out stay, best location, great place and even better we could take our pet. I loved how open it felt for a place of this size. My partner and 2 year old had plenty of space to stretch out. we will definitely be going back again

We had a great few days at The Mount. Apartment is lovely and very close to the beach, shops, cafes etc so we mostly walked everywhere .

Absolutely wicked stay! The place was beautifully stocked with actual household essentials—not just the bare minimum—which made it feel super homey and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was right there. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the location near Waihi Beach was perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay again!

Fabulous place, perfectly set up. Everything you need with no excess clutter. Plenty of space with 5 adults. Beautifully appointed. Brand new and modern furnishings. Perfect little luxury oasis. Thanks for having us!

Belinda's place was just what me and my little dog Charlie need after long day working around the country. It's hotel suit quality and dog friendly so who could ask for more, it's beautiful room and apparently has a spa somewhere but the weather wasn't that good and to be honest I was just happy to relax with a glass of wine. We hope to be back soon! 🐶😃👍

Wonderful place to stay!

Excellent value for money and superb location in the mount - so close to beach, cafes, sports grounds etc. would not find a better spot for the price! house was tidy and comfy, great out door area. Cheers guys.

Really nice place, we’ll set out for a groups of our size with the shared/communal space on the middle level and bedrooms mainly up and downstairs. Fantastic location - short walk to town and many restaurants/bars and virtually at the base of Mount Maunganui. We were all very satisfied with the trip and Bryar’s communication was excellent. The place is just as shown - on the beach with a great view from the deck. Small, but comfortable one BR one bath apt. Bath is very basic, but functional. Not luxurious, but clean and well laid out. Most important, the access to a sandy, open beach is exceptional. Vanessa and husband are responsive and gracious hosts. Limited dining nearby. Heartily recommend Montys cafe for beach-casual food. Lantern is 20 mins drive - good dinner.

Excellent location, right on the beach and only a short walk to the shops. Wendy is a great host, communicating as soon as the booking was confirmed with essential information.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

fabulous location with wondeful sea views from the deck. everything was provided for a great stay. 2min to the beach with wonderful cafe/ restaurant next door and walkable to town for shopping/amenities. didnt want to leave!
