John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

Marianne was a great and friendly host! Her place met our needs and has a great view of the estuary! Will definitely consider her place again when we visit Tauranga in the future!

Debra provided a warm and welcoming environment, she was prompt on communication giving good advise on thing to do and places to eat. Debra was very accomdating to our needs and the unit was lovely and spacious, the rooms were large and very clean with the clear instructions about who to keep her property. I would highly recommend Debra's property to anyone looking to stay in Omokorua.

Sooo happy with our stay. The place was spotless. Quiet and had everything we needed. Incredibly close walk to the beach. We will be back!!

James was a very accomodating host and very responsive to our request. We loved our stay, we were officiating at an event at the Mercury baypark, so being near the stadium was very helpful. Very cosy rooms and great range of books and dvds available. The room was spotless and our bed was so comfortable! Not to mention nice and quiet neighbourhood. Thank you James and family.

This garden studio was much bigger than the average studio. There was a dining table with bench seats, as well as a small couch next to the kitchenette. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed for 4 nights. Sandy is a lovely person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place, April was a great host. Kept in communication and can't fault her at all. High recommend staying here. I'll definitely be back!

Wir haben als eine 4-köpfige Familie 3 Nächte bei Debbie in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und die Lage zum Strand ist großartig. Und das Allerwichtigste: Debbie, die gute Seele nebenan. Wenn ich 6 Sterne zu vergeben hätte, würde ich sie hier geben. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Where do I start…. Julia & Tony’s place was simply bliss! If I could give more than 5* I absolutely would! From the moment you arrive everything is breathtaking, from the views to the property interior! Thank you so much, you were lovely hosts and we very much appreciated our fresh produce left at the property. Tony, you are a very clever guy, and thank you for showing us around your property and allowing our small children to use your beautiful play house! My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. I would return to New Zealand just for a stay at your place! Thank you.

Fantastic Hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Private setting and Great location with direct beach access just accross the road and the local take aways and dairy just down the street. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved Tess the dog checking in on us for a few pats and cuddles now and then. Very peacfull, private and enjoyable stay in spotless and well presented accomodation. 5 stars from us. 👍😁👍. 💯% recommend.

Ideal accommodation for my son and myself attending a local yachting regatta. The place exceeded my expectations with the two double bedrooms and it’s pristine condition. Everything appeared spotlessly clean. Would be happy staying here again.

I highly recommend this accommodation. I was feeling at home with everything you need. Val offered us Fijor fruited which seemed to be picked from the garden.they were very sweet and very happy gifts. Parking space is a bit small but it is ok if your car is nit SUV. Anyway it is perfect venue to stay. I will be back again.

Tui Haven is a warm, cosy Air BnB in the traditional Kiwi sense. From the lovely quirky mosaics outside to the eclectic mix of décor and furnishings it is not designer chic but homely, comfortable and welcoming as is the host Lyn. Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed a restful nights sleep and a wake up shower in the spotlessly clean bathroom. We could have also prepared a full dinner in the very well equipped kitchen however we didn't get the chance as we met friends for dinner outside. While the location at the end of the Omokoroa peninsular may not suit everyone, there are some lovely walks nearby and the adjacent park with 100 year old oak and walnut trees is a perfect place for a stroll. I thoroughly recommend Tui Haven if you are looking for accommodation in the area

Ken and Myra are the friendliest hosts. The place is immaculate, and a great location to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything Mt. Maunganui has to offer.

The place was clean and as described. The bed was amazing! So comfy! Location was great walking distance from the Main Street and to the beach. Jo was really helpful and reactive. Would definitely recommend.

Keith and Frances are a notch above even the most welcoming of hosts we’ve ever had, which really helped us have an excellent stay in Tauranga. The location is superb for walkable access to downtown and all the centre of the city has to offer. There are good restaurants just 3-5 minutes walk away.
