Great house and great host. Would recommend anyone to stay in this house. Plenty of room, great for kids but would be equally great without kids.

Mariaan's was a perfect little home away from home by the sea... It was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need! The ability to wash our sandy clothes was also a bonus! The little touches also went a really long way... If you want somewhere clean, private, comfortable and peaceful, then Mariaans place is spot on!

I normally do not rate higher than four, five is perfect and there is very little perfect in our world. I could rate our stay in Lavender Cottage, Plettenberg Bay a six. From arrival we were at home. Basie and Marie were friendly, helpful and made sure that we were comfortable and had whatever we needed. They were always available, but never overbearing. The flatlet was clean, comfortable with whatever we could expect, and more...all at a very reasonable price. Close to the Spar, about five minutes walk: close to the Robberg Beach, less than fifteen minutes walk; close to Central Beach and its restaurants, about twenty minutes walk (we are past our mid-seventies); about three minutes drive from the centre of Plettenberg Bay(Main Road) and just more than five minutes drive from a new shopping centre with, amongst others Checkers and Dischem. All this in a very quiet neighbourhood, and the flatlet in total privacy in secure area. We stayed four weeks and will be back.

Perfect little place, very well equipped and with French doors to a beautiful, peaceful, private garden. The parking spot was helpful. Friendly, relaxed hosts. Located at the start of a seaside walking path and with several fantastic tidal pools in close proximity.

This is the second timing staying, and just as memorable as the first. Great location and hands on hosting. Amenities and pictures as advertised. Will be looking forward to my next stay

We escaped the city for Rose Cottage early on in our holiday, I was in need of the quiet serenity of the suburbs and Anthea’s home met all my needs and expectations. A slice of heaven in leafy floral Bischopscourt - just off from the Botanicsl Gardens. The perfect peaceful home to get away from the hustle and bustle, gorgeous pool area - and we LOVED Jordy the little dog coming to see us on a morning. We felt totally at home. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful and comfortable. The bedroom with 2 singles are on the ground floor with an en-suite which worked really well for my elderly parents. Upstairs master has a massive bed! Everything was clean and in working order.

Risa's place looks exactly like the pictures. So beautiful & clean. She came to meet me at check in and communicated extremely well. The location was also perfect - so private & peaceful. Will definitely be returning!

We were lucky enough to stay 2 full weeks with Paul at Cloverleigh guest house in wilderness. The place is absolutely lovely great furnishings , spotless and a beautiful home. My Daughter had her own unit as well and absolutely loved it. Paul is such a great host and nothing is an issue. Even dropped of some vouchers for a coffee shop up the road. We ran out of time to see all the places in the area but all the more reason to return!! The Team at Cloverleigh are fantastic and we loved every moment. Thank you Paul

This Airbnb feels like a home away from home, and whenever we visit Cape Town in the future, we would chose to stay here. Anne is a great host and was very responsive to our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

My team and I loved Olivia’s place. It was so close to our training venue. It was spacious for all of us (18 adults and a toddler). It is very peaceful, clean, safe, and beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Traveling alone or with a group, this place has a lot to offer.

Was a great place to stay for passing through Kleinmond. Next time will stay put and roam around. Great value for money and was super clean and comfortable. Can high recommend.

What a lovely place to stay in Paarl! A beautifully decorated, well equipped cottage in an excellent location for exploring the winelands. Very comfortable for short or long stays. I would definitely stay here again!

Sarah’s garden cottage was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 4 month old baby. It is a beautiful space in a very scenic and convenient location. I will definitely be staying again if and when we return to Cape Town.

Wir waren mit unsere Familie in der Unterkunft und haben und direkt Wohlgefühlt! Es gab eine super Ausstattung auch für die Kinder war alles da was man sich wünscht. Der Aufenthalt war total schön und alles hat reibungslos geklappt, sogar ein früherer Check in war möglich und hat dazu geführt, dass wir total entspannt in unseren Urlaub starten konnten. Wir würden immer wieder dieses schöne Haus buchen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy apartment in Bakoven Beach. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was warm, inviting, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for more than two weeks. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything Cape Town has to offer - especially gym and food places. Our hosts, Pelle and Pernilla, were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We’re definitely coming back next year! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

We only stayed in Carel's accommodation for one night. We felt at home straight away and were very satisfied. The accommodation was very clean and well located.

Quaint place with a beautiful view of Gordon’s Bay. Smooth and seamless self check in. Had a lovely stay!

Cape White eyes, hoopoe ,Fork tailed drongos , sun birds to name a few & the most beautiful of butterflies flitting past the large plate glass windows in our main bedroom were a delight . The indigenous garden and beautiful bay and Silvermine mountain views from Mark's place ensured that I woke up to bird song every morning. As an outdoors person and nature lover staying here ensured a little of the nature that I love and normally seek out staying in National Parks was on our doorstep while I was still able to have my dogs along with us for this holiday . Of course you are choosing Fishhoek as a holiday destination because of the hiking , snorkelling, sea swimming, kayaking , history, opportunities and coastal vibe. There is so much to do and explore right on your doorstep . Check- in was super easy. Mark was a very kind & accommodating host always available by phone. His beautifully appointed apartment worked perfectly for my family & our doggies. Thank you for a great stay Mark

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Felt right at home. We had a long drive from Johannesburg and had to check in a little late, Joanne not only waited for us, but had prepared a lasagna for us so we didn't have to look for food or cook late at night. Place was close to the main roads, so it was very easy to get to where we wanted to be. Would definitely recommend this place and I will stay there again on my next visit to Cape Town.

This Airbnb truly exceeded our expectations! We needed a comfortable and welcoming space while renovating our home, and Suleiman was absolutely fantastic—incredibly responsive, kind, and always willing to assist in any way he could. The home itself has everything you could possibly need and more. It felt warm, inviting, and most importantly, safe—especially for us as a family with two kids. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, a home-away-from-home experience, or even a local holiday retreat. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
