Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Higgo. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Higgo und schätzen die Nähe zu Gardens mit der lebendigen Kloof Street und gleichzeitig der ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Geschmackvoll und passend eingerichtet. Die Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer ist tatsächlich ein Blick in den „Dschungel“ und hat seine eigene ruhige und abgeschottete Atmosphäre. Nach vorn gibt es genug Platz zum Spielen, wenn man mit Kindern reist, und der Pool hat ein schönes Sonnendeck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus hat gehalten was es versprochen hat. Das House Keeping 2x pro Woche war hervorragend und mit Barbara sehr, sehr angenehm. Professionell und dennoch mit dem Charakter von AirBnB ein schönes „zu Hause“ auf Zeit. Wir waren 3 Wochen im Haus und waren traurig, als das Ende der Auszeit in CT kam. Vielen Dank.

A beautiful place which matched the AirBnB description. Hayley was our contact and was very helpful, it was lovely having her there to meet us at the property when we arrived and she provided great communication throughout our stay.

Wat een prachtige accomodatie. Rust, privé en een schitterend uitzicht. Een zeer luxe ingerichte cottage. Heerlijke bedden en lakens en handdoeken. Hottub erbij. Een gastvrije en goede host. De beste accommodatie van onze rondreis door Zuid-Afrika.

Heel mooi verblijf. Veel ruimte en privacy. Supermarkt en wijn tram op loopafstand ca. 5 min. Ontbijten kan bij o.a. wijnhuizen als La Motte (aanrader), in de hoofdstraat bij Smitten of bij een van de bakkerijtjes op enkele minuten afstand. Zelf ontbijt maken is ook geen probleem. Restaurants iets verder maar beloopbaar of enkele minuten met de auto. Veilige omgeving op een bewaakt terrein. Locatie kan bijna niet beter voor deze prijs kwaliteit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is situated in what seems to be a small valley. We used our time to walk into several directions including the rock pools and the bokmakierie trail. You have to walk this one as it takes you very high above the surroundings and gives you beautiful view all around. We regularly went to do our own game drives on the designated roads as we didn't had a 4x4 but still with a vehicle with high clearance. We saw a lot of Springbok, Gemsbok, Eland and Bontebok. We also did a bit of bird watching at the main dam early in the morning. The rest of the time just lounging around of course. The host was very responsive of our needs and questions. We would definitely be visiting Drie Kuilen again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikkis place. the home was perfect. Everything you need. A relaxed beach feel with the furniture, colour scheme and decor. stunning bathrooms and beautiful bed linen. The pool was a super extra and nice and close to the entertainment area. Braai facilities are great, the games room with the pool table, table tennis and dart board made for endless entertainment and lots of laughs throughout the stay. 30 seconds walk to the beach from house. and the bonus of having the dogs with us with the whole family. huge grass garden for playing and parking space. a Wholesome all round Wonderful Experience.

The historic Herbert Baker design provided a comfortable and homely space to dwell in. Our family felt at home immediately. Its was a privilege to have spent the few days at this property.

This may be my very favorite Airbnb... ever. An absolute amazing piece of property. Views for days. Fantastic outdoor living. Eclectic but not overpowering decor. Perfectly comfortable and cozy and with all the amenities. To add, it's only a few minutes walk outside of Kalk Bay and just up the street from the tidal pool. I can't think of when I've had it better. A definite would repeat.

We had the most wonderful family stay at Doug’s villa! The location was absolutely perfect with direct access to the beach, and the house itself was even better than we expected. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the beautiful decor to the well-stocked kitchen and super comfy beds. It felt like a true home away from home. Kathy was a fantastic host - helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We made such special memories here and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway with family!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach unglaublich schön! Das Haus liegt mitten in den Weinbergen und ist sowohl von innen als auch von außen ein echtes Traumhaus. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Hot Tub und der Badewanne im Baumhaus – einfach ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit dieser traumhaften Aussicht. Unterhalb unseres Hauses gab es eine große Lodge, in der wir ein großartiges Barbecue genießen durften. Der Koch hat alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet und ausschließlich Zutaten aus dem hauseigenen Garten verwendet. Auch das gesamte Serviceteam war unglaublich zuvorkommend und herzlich. Ein besonderes Highlight: Unser treuer Wachhund, der nachts über uns gewacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt – eine absolute Empfehlung!

Excellent host, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The house was stunning in a gorgeous location. Waking up to open the curtains to that view and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was the perfect way to kick start our holiday!

I took my wife for our anniversary. We both had an amazing time. Everything was Perfect!

All I can say after staying here is wow! Everything has been so thought out. The place was immaculate and any additional extras were there on site if needed. We enjoyed a paddle while watching the rhino graze nearby. Will be recommending it in the future for friends to stay at for sure!

This was our second visit and loved it as much as the first. This is our very special place to relax and we need to get back to do more hikes. The improvement in the kitchen is a game changer and make it easier for us to stay for longer periods which we plan to do as soon as possible.
