There aren’t enough kind words to say about this host and her amazing little guest house! This was our second time to stay and everything was perfect! Super comfortable and very relaxing! We just love staying at Jim and Martha’s place! We will definitely be back!

Bob & Lynn were amazing! Their home Was very warm & welcoming! We loved our time there! Loved all the animals Samson, Natalie & JJ were loving and we loved snuggling with them! Jim responded quickly! They were around and very friendly! They were painting the home’s exterior while we were there and were very considerate! We would definitely recommend this little gem!!

I enjoyed my stay at Andrew’s guesthouse! It was a super cute space, with all the listed amenities and everything was fully functional. This has been one of very few airbnbs I’ve stayed at with zero problems. The space had been cleaned thoroughly, which I appreciate the most. I thought the patio space was cute and the neighborhood is peaceful. I was there for work, so after the long hours, I was grateful not to have to hear anyone above or next to me. Andrew was friendly and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Excellent stay! The place was so clean, spacious, and exceptionally appointed with everything you might need. The location is so quiet and peaceful, and is set on a lovely river lot. Great restaurant recommendations were provided and Susan was so kind to provide baked treats and coffee. I highly recommend this property if in the area.

We had a fantastic stay with this place. It was conveniently located to Gettysburg, but quiet and away from the touristy area. The space was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated! We lived the vintage charm.

Bee and Gary's place was perfect for our short stay in Santa Fe. Location was great- everything felt only a few minutes away. The space was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The view from the windows was great, felt secluded even though it's not far from the main house or city center.

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely house. It is our third time here which shows how much we love it. The house is beautiful with so many artistic and comfortable touches - from the piano to the chairs to the bedding, everything is absolutely perfect. The location is stupendous as well - the house is located on farmland where highland cows graze. We happily spent an entire snowy day never leaving the extensive property - there are beautiful places to walk and sled right next to the house. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying again.

Brandon’s guest house was perfect and Brandon was a great host and always available….would definitely recommend to anyone staying in that area

Jane's pool house was perfect for what I needed...It was quiet and calm and cozy and in beautiful surroundings...It was very private. Jane is also a great host...she really went out of her way to make it feel like it was MY place to stay with a very warm welcome.

We had a fantastic experience at Ivor cottage when we stayed a night to meet family. The cottage and surrounding area is beautiful peaceful and extremely comfortable. Ivor was a perfect host .Tue cottage has everything you need. We did some nearby walks recommended by Ivor and they were beautiful. We visited kinnity castle also before meeting family for lunch and going home. It was only a night but we left feeling like we’d had a great break away. I highly recommend Ivor s cottage and can imagine it’s even more beautiful in the summer with lovely outside seating set up.

Very peaceful stay. We loved the view of the lake and loved watching the deer.

We had a relaxing stay at Ponderosa! The area is so quiet and the lake is beautiful. Spring was so helpful with the check-in and check-out process and local recommendations! The cabin is spacious and homey, it was exactly what we were looking for.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway for Valentine’s. Very close to downtown blue ridge and still felt secluded. The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Annie was very helpful with any questions. We will be back and highly recommend.

My stay was so peaceful, and the surroundings were beautiful! I was given very helpful and detailed instructions prior to check-in. The clawfoot tub was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable! Highly recommend!

This place is so wonderful! The house is new and spotless, beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. And the pool can be heated for a fee, but it was super clean and very fun! Ashley was an absolute dream to rent from, she’s helpful and super responsive. Can’t wait to book again!

We realized it had been 13 years since we had been at Rivers Edge. Still very lovely, peaceful, private and quiet. We loved sleeping with the screened doors open so we could hear the flowing water. Gary was helpful as always. They have a wonder big, gentle dog that came to visit. There’s great seating outside…along with a swing. We will return!
