The was by far my favorite AirBNB I've ever stayed in. We enjoyed Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown, but the highlight was this school bus! It was so cool to stay on a skoolie, and I took the best nap of my life on the couch in front of the burning wood stove, listening to the rain on the bus roof. Our dog felt right at home and the property was beautiful. The bathhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts really have it all figured out - everything you could need is available or just a message away. They even had cut fresh flowers on the table and some dog treat for our pup. We will 100% be back (if we don't build our own skoolie first!)

Excellent stay!! Incredibly beautiful farm and very well thought out glamping experience. Wesley thought out every detail to make staying outside, even in the cold, a positive experience. Would definitely stay here again!

We came into town for a wedding at The White Barn which was about a 15 minute drive. We loved the property and walked about 4 miles of trails and did some fishing and saw a LOT of deer. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I to unwind and realx- our cell service ( verizon) was a bit spotty but we were totally ok with unplugging a bit. The cabin had everything we needed and the bathouse was spotless! Thank you for making it such an enjoyable stay for us!! ~ Shelly & Jamie

Great stay at Stephen’s. He advised us not to use our non 4WD vehicle to get up to the site but we tried anyway because we arrived after dark. He told us he could help get our car unstuck and patiently did so. It was a serene place and we tried some of his distillery items, which were tasteful and great (no hangover!!). Friendly and loving cat who follows him around as well.

Amazing space and experience, worth every penny and host was super responsive/accommodating.

I was expecting for her to tell me I was crazy; but when I called Shanell and asked if the Airstream could be ready to go to a location I hadn’t even chosen yet and move in ready within five hours she said “sure!” And it WAS! This was a spontaneous dream come true for me and my littles who had been dreaming of camping for 4 1/2 years. We finally made it happen and in a moments notice. The Airstream was completely set up, everything we needed was there. Shanell even had a bunch of on hand items in case we forgot some things, which of course we did. I can’t recommend this enough, and would 100% do this again with Shanell. Thanks for making this random and lofty dream come true for my littles and me!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Harry & Angie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated — every detail made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel extra special. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back in the near future. Our host was extremely communicative, the scenery was picturesque, and the tent had everything you could ever need. We had our two toddlers with us, and they had a wonderful time as well. Our host allowed our boys to help feed the animals, which made their day. She also knew we were bringing our kids, so she left them juice, milk, cereal, and a s’mores kit. We genuinely can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect place to relax on our way home from visiting family. Just off I-81 with many restaurants in walking distance. We walked to a neighborhood of beautiful homes and pretty landscaping!

Went down with two buddies. Had a great trip. The RV was squeaky clean. We had no trouble with anything. We felt right at home. Great place to relax/explore. We were coming from 3 hours away and knew nothing about the area and quickly found fun things to do. Met some cool locals, and caught some nice fish. Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Very positive experience, nothing bad to say.

Super nice hosts. Very friendly and welcoming. Their two dogs on the property, Josie and Arlo, were so perfect and great with my lab. Peaceful and quiet place. Also very clean and had everything we would need. Would definitely recommend and return!!

The Pearl is an experience worth having. Between the breathtaking views and comfort of the Pearl’s interior we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay. We loved it so much that we will be back! OH! You HAVE to get some apples from the produce barn. They are sooo good!

We had the perfect glamping experience! It felt like camping but without all the effort. The hosts thought of everything, including plenty of firewood, and the goats made for some pretty fun neighbors! We really appreciated the warm welcome and tour of the property when we arrived. The entire site was very clean, and the bed was super comfy—everything was beautifully decorated. Mornings were so peaceful, sipping great coffee on the deck by the creek, and at night, the stars were incredible. The host was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly, making the whole experience even smoother. The site was stocked with everything we needed—eating utensils, propane, a grill and grilling utensils, condiments, and more. A storm rolled through during our stay, but the tent held up just fine. We’ll definitely be back, and next time we’re excited to try out campsite #2, which has even more to offer than this already amazing setup!

Great stay definitely worth the money

I had an absolutely amazing stay. The Skoolie was beautiful, clean, and so cozy, I felt right at home. And to top it all off, the location is so beautiful. Being surrounded by horses and goats was awesome and with an amazing view of the sunrise. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay!!

Tranquil rural setting.RV privately placed perfectly on property to view the magnificent countryside and the farm happenings that coincide with that. 17 minute bucolic ride to Rocketmoto outdoor entertainment for an event we were at. Liz and Bryan were able to great us and go over everything as I was new to RV life.Plenty of parking ( and hot water for showers too!😀) Definitely rebooking with more time to sit in the outdoor chairs and gaze at the surrounding beauty

Great place after a full day of hiking. Sitting outside by the water was peaceful. Comfortable bed. Thank you for the coffee Bill..it was delicious and the heat!

My husband and I spent a weekend at an air stream on Keith’s property. The place was so nicely decorated and clean. It had everything you would need such as linens, towels, soaps, pots and utensils. Keith was very responsive prior to our arrival about questions I had. The setting is so pretty and quiet but the town is just 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay again at one of his properties…there were also 2 cottages on the property that were very nice looking. FYI…the description said no hot water but there is a small hot water tank that worked just fine.
