Very peaceful stay!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Caroline’s cabin; it was private, with great views, and close to Shenandoah hiking. The kitchen was well supplied and the hot tub was great after a day in the mountains.

Was a really great spot to get away and be in the mountains! The house has a great layout and an awesome screened porch and deck overlooking the mountains. Extremely relaxing and quiet spot. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and enjoyed the fire pit as well. It is definitely private but it isn’t completely secluded. There is a house down the hill about 250 yards away and another house up the hill prob 250 yards away too. We only saw a few cars go up that road during the 2 days we were there so it is definitely still private, quiet, and in nature. But if complete seclusion is what you are needing, there are some other homes in sight. We really loved the home though and would definitely book again. Thanks for the great getaway, Derek!

We had a great experience. This cabin was relatively remote, but easy to find and close to Ohiopyle. Definitely recommend for a group!

Our family enjoyed our stay! There was something for everyone - the kids loved the game room/studio and the adults loved the cozy wood burning stoves, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful surroundings. Everyone loved the large hot tub! The house is very private and is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. We would definitely come back again.

The only part of the stay that didn't get 5 stars was that it wasn't quite as secluded as I'd hoped for. There are a number of homes on the road to the cabin, and a thin line of trees breaks the view. Admittedly unless you're looking for the other houses you don't notice them, so I got past that quickly enough. That said, the cabin was perfect, clean, cozy and everything worked as stated. Having grown up in the country, but living in a city now, I felt the stress melt away as soon as I stepped into the massive yard where my son and I spent a lot of time playing soccer and other sports. My son and wife really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is 15 minutes away from Luray which meant that the stars were amazing for the brief break in the clouds we got, but that it was close enough to get groceries and take out as needed. Plus it's about 20 minutes away from Front Royal so there are places to go and enjoy like Skyline or Luray Caverns. Jackie was a great and responsive host!

The cottage/house was as described and wonderful. The location was perfect to explore the many nearby hiking and outdoors options. The property itself has an excellent view. The fenced in yard was convenient for our dog. Inside everything was clean and well-maintained. There were a number of nice touches to make you feel at home. There was everything one would need and more. I needed to work remotely one day and the WiFi was very reliable. Great stay!

Beautiful location. The cottages are a shared space with there being a smaller one behind the rock cottage. Wasn’t really expecting that but they left the next day so we were able to enjoy our stay with some more privacy. Hot tub was fantastic, bathroom spacious, kitchen accommodating. The walk around the meadows seeing all the animals was great. Would recommend.

This rustic, cozy cabin was the perfect spot for an impromptu weekend in the mountains for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt. It was cold outside but heating worked well! So appreciated the little conveniences provided, like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels & clear, easy checkout instructions. Great location in easy drive to Davis main street and skiing. Laura was a super responsive host. Would def return!

This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

Easy escape from the City! Amazing property with enough activities to keep you busy for days!

Jay and Ryanne’s place was exactly what we needed—peaceful, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. The house was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials (and then some)—coffee, creamer, spices, and cooking basics, which made settling in so easy. We loved the fast WiFi, Netflix on two TVs, and the fire pit out back for relaxing evenings under the stars. The recommendations they shared for local food, drinks, and coffee were spot on—Broad Porch Coffee and Chop House quickly became favorites. But what really stood out was their hospitality. From start to finish, Jay and Ryanne were communicative, kind, and truly cared about our experience. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great. We really appreciated the Christmas decorations because we were there to celebrate Christmas as a family.

We had a great time - the cabin was exactly what we are looking for, with a nice private back yard and close proximity to a lot of the outdoor activities in the area.

Great condo for a weekend ski trip to Seven Springs. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located right on the shuttle line for the resort which was great, also a quick drive down if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Had a great stay and the price was excellent. Kim was also very easy to get in touch with and provided clear entry instructions at check in.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and felt very inviting, with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was especially great—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Everything about my stay was just what I needed for a restful and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing retreat!

Amazing cabin to rent out with a group of friends. I loved that I was less than 15 minutes from the state parks. Loved this place!!!

As many have reported this is a true gem!! The view is to die for! We spent one day biking to Luray from Rileyville. A stunning country road ride with farms all around, mountains on either side, no cars on the road! Would not recommend biking on overlook drive due to gravel.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located with close proximity to the resort and available shuttle services. Barrett was always responsive. A great place to stay!

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place. Tons of space in the suite, beautiful views and Maud is a great host.

I had a wonderful weekend at Al's place. The cabin was perfect for my peaceful time in Frostburg and surrounding areas. The hosts were informative and provided areas to see the sunset and sunrises. It was too cold to use the pool but the offer was there. I will be back.
