Even in the winter this spot was beautiful! The actual barn itself stays super warm and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Rio and Toby were responsive, friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s also very conveniently located right near a good swimming spot and not far from New Paltz. My partner and I kept talking about how excited we are to hopefully come back in the spring/summer when everything on the grounds is in full bloom!

Bernard’s place was perfect for our visit. It was cozy and inviting with plenty of space for the three of us. The farm is beautiful and perfect for fall walks. The photos do not do this place justice. Bernard was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This is such a special place! It’s very private despite being connected to other parts of the house, and staying on the farm is a very unique experience. We had a great time here.

I stayed at Katherine's during renovations on my house in a nearby town. I appreciated her flexibility and the fact that she also accommodated my dogs as the experience has been challenging for all of us. The location of Katherine's property is easy to find and very close to Brattleboro for most things you would need during your stay.

Words simply cannot describe how magical this Airbnb experience was. a group of friends and I passed the hours marveling at the gorgeous art and curated knick-knacks - the home itself an endless source of fun. - like an interactive museum! Thats without even mentioning the property, the pond, the waterfall, the chickens, tire swings and HOT TUB! Truly a miraculous experience, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning.

This is the perfect space for a group to stay! The unique art pieces and makeup of the home combined with the record player and records made the home stand out for sure. I particularly loved the guide that identified everything we might need to know about the house as well as giving a bit more info about the art pieces. This is a place we’d all love to return to! Definitely recommend it.

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!

The other reviews are spot on. This place is lovely. The house looks and smells fantastic. The town is very close by and Richard is a great host. Everything was exactly as desired and very cozy. We were even treated to a winter snow storm which made the place even more magical. Would love to return in the future!

I highly recommend this property. Beautiful country setting yet convenient to the city. This is probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and had the best equipped kitchen for those wishing to cook. Thomas was very responsive and professional.

Our stay was very peaceful and quaint. We loved the cows and the staff was very friendly and informative. A very cute little store on site. The sunset was to die for and the home was clean and had plenty of amenities. We would recommend this stay for a nice unplug from daily life for anyone who loves the quiet. my Wife and I had the best time here. The place was clean, expertly designed, and very serene. Jared was also very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hiking trails are very accessible, and Jared is very willing to answer any questions about the trails. We had a perfect trip and would love to come again.

This is an amazing stay. I didn’t know how much the peace was needed until we got there. Book two nights for sure for max benefit. Animals are fabulous. Wake up to a friendly chatty pig outside your deck. Chickens so happy and healthy roaming around with two of the most beautiful roosters. Setting is like heaven. We wanted to do so much and wound up doing nothing. Blissfully nothing. It’s a little expensive but to me it was luxury accommodation. Bedroom divine - slept 9 hours first night!!!!! Would be amazing with kids. Second bedroom would be perfect.

We had the most amazing time staying at Trudy’s place! The goats and ducks were the best welcome crew, and the kitties kept us company all night. The property was beautiful and the animals were the biggest highlight. Trudy gave great local recs for nearby food and hikes, we had the best time!

Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

Incredible stay. The house is immaculate - beautifully decorated, furnished, and spacious (house had tons of holiday decorations, very cozy!!). This was one of the best stocked rentals I've stayed at - kitchen and bathrooms have everything you could possibly need. Accommodated 2 families very comfortably; beds were comfortable. Loved that the great room was separated from the rest of the bedrooms allowing the family to gather without disturbing napping babies. Lots of yard space, situated next to a picturesque creek. And excellent central location to Hudson, Catskill, and skiing. Host goes above and beyond - offered early check in, extremely responsive. Highly recommend!!

We loved John & Anne’s place. It was cozy, warm and perfect for our getaway. We appreciated the responsiveness, ease of communication and clear, easy to follow instructions. The fireplace, hot tub and all the extra touches with the local treats made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!

Cute spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of any city. Very homey and sweet area to enjoy nature and take a gander at the night sky. Don’t forget to wave ‘hi’ to the horses and cows next-door!

This was a great place for a solo vacation! I was able to do yoga, go in the hot tub, and take a walk around the property!
