Astonishing is about the best word. Huge loft space filled with art. Exciting and SO comfortable. Right in the middle of a cemetery, which accounts for beautiful (it's a park) and peaceful surroundings, and walkable to downtown Hudson, which means great restaurants and lots to d at the same time. Laura Ann was super responsive, and an absolute delight in person as were Bev and Charlie. I can't wait to visit again.

I have stayed at several places Igor owns and they are all great. The location is fantastic for restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops.

Lisa was wonderful! She went absolutely above and beyond to make my stay so easy and peaceful. I felt so safe knowing she was close by, but it was so private! A great value and a great location to explore the Catskills, and just a 4 min walk to Woodstock! Even during heavy snow, Lisa was super proactive and it was easy to get around! Highly recommend!

Anna, bubba (the cat), and I visited the crows nest for the second time (and my third). It was wonderful, we love staying at the crows nest! It feels like we’re right at home and our cat loves running up and down the stairs. Theres plenty of hiking to do around, which was super fun to do in the snow. Carol and Robin let us know about a possible parking ban and where to park if that occurred (in their driveway), which we really appreciated!

We loved the location. The views are unbeatable and we loved being able to say hi to the animals on site. We wish we had stayed longer and definitely plan to stay again. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the privacy and beauty of the Berkshires. Great Barrington is only a short drive away and is a lovely town to explore. The hosts we’re friendly and responsive. I could not have asked for more. This is a lovely home in the Berkshires.

The loft was fantastic! Everything was super clean and accurate as described in the listing. Lori was very friendly and responsive. The loft was within minutes drive to Windham Mountain club and great bars/restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

My mom and I needed a place to stay close to the Skidmore campus for parents weekend. The place was perfect for us. It was close to campus and really easy to get into town to soak in all of Saratoga. The apartment was even more beautiful in person, clean, bright, and with every amenity you could imagine. There were snacks – even Ben & Jerry’s mini sundaes in the freezer! My daughter loved those! Sheri called me the night we checked in and we met her the next day. She was warm and friendly, and had lots of suggestions for us. It was a really comfortable space to rest, hang out, and make meals if we didn’t feel like going out to eat. It was a perfect place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

No showers amenities. Same day reservation took 3-4 hours to receive check-in instructions. Incorrect door code to access the space (host had to provide 3-4 different lock combos because her housekeeper changed it and didn’t communicate it). Not enough towels. Not enough toilet paper. You can heat everyone walking and talking in the hallways. I was approved a late check out of 12noon. Host did not communicate to the house keeper and I was woken up by several knocks at 10:30am.

I felt so lucky to be able to book my stay at this incredible place. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail. (There was a cute little message welcoming us! As waters and some snacks, and the check in was so easy!) The loft is absolutely breathtaking beautiful (exactly or better than the photos), clean, so complete. Even if it was cold outside, it felt so cozy and warm. The bed so comfy! The bathroom kept the temperature warm after a hot shower. The kitchen has everything you could need (and we cooked). The lighting was perfect—plenty of natural light. The ceiling windows let us look at the stars at night in the sky. The location was so perfect to escape from the city noise (exactly what we were looking for), and at the same time you can find anything you need just minutes away! Astrid recommended us different places according to what we were looking for and we went to all of them! We also got some local honey they sell, and plus the hosts were so nice! We’ll be back!

Gloria is a wonderful host, very responsive, and accommodating. After we arrived we requested if an iron could be provided and Gloria went out, bought and delivered a new one the next day. The location of the property is perfect in having many great restaurants right next door. There is on-site free laundry machines in the basement. There is parking behind the house which is very convenient but it can get a bit crowded when all of the apartments in the house are rented at the same time. Also at one point we heard an animal between the walls scratching and running around. The apartment is very spacious and clean, but could use some minor maintenance (window, sink, etc.) Overall a wonderful place in a great location from a terrific host. Highly recommend!!!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Good amount of windows for a small space that brightened it up and made it feel less crowded. Very convenient to have the washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Luxuries we don’t have at home in our NYC apartment lol They allowed for an early check-in (2 hours) which was a big help as we could get settled as soon as we got to Beacon. There was plenty of heat sources as it was a bit chilly for early Spring, so we really enjoyed that. Not to mention the steam shower that warms you right up. Love Beacon, this is our second trip there and we can’t wait to come back!

Sarah and David were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. They did their best to accommodate our needs, making us feel comfortable while away from home. I really enjoyed my time at their cozy loft, which is nestled near beautiful woods perfect for walks. The space was clean, stylishly designed, and just the right size for a couple. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed—from quality cookware to a great coffee setup—which made cooking during our stay easy and enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful—an ideal getaway year-round.
