Nancy and Robert were extremely welcoming and helpful. The unit that we rented was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. They made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend their place to friends who want to enjoy a peaceful weekend with a hiking trail and stream. They recommended a great breakfast place Breakfast at Diana’s. Don’t let the Fox News on the TV turn you off. My wife and I felt comfortable and welcomed. They were very friendly and the food was amazing.

Clean and spacious apartment on quiet street. Plenty of parking room and simple check in. Great find.

This was our second stay at Shawn's property in Wilmington, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we had a wonderful time. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but Shawn was proactive in ensuring the entrance was cleared promptly, allowing us to come and go without any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable truly stood out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. This was one of the best stays I've had at an Airbnb! The farmhouse was unique and cozy, and the animals were delightful. Susie is warm, relaxed, and responsive. The farmhouse was toddler-friendly, and the kids loved the different animals stopping by the kitchen window to say hello. The adults got to relax and catch up. Susie offered us a late checkout and was so good to our kids. I can't recommend it enough, it was a great winter getaway.

Mariann has a great space in a great location. Very accommodating and friendly, made you feel very welcome . Very responsive. Really nice area. Would highly recommend.

Liz is such a lovely host and her place is welcoming and cozy with all of the extra touches. I extended my stay for a month and had everything I needed for my things and cooking meals. I felt right at home and highly recommend!

The space was in pristine condition—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest surprises was the provision of homegrown eggs and pancake mix, which made our mornings extra special. Our children were thrilled with Alexa :) and the age-appropriate games provided, keeping them entertained. The attention to detail and warm hospitality were truly 10/10. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a family-friendly getaway, this Airbnb is an absolute gem. We can’t recommend it enough and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay on the first floor of this beautiful, historic home so close to everything in Saratoga. We were a family of 4 with two teens who like to be on opposite ends of our house and they could easily do that in this rental lol. Not only was everything as pictured but it was immaculate and had the best beds we’ve ever slept on in a rental. Restaurants nearby were the best around and made for easy walk home in the cold/snow. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the well -equipped kitchen and even included flour, spices and sauces. Top quality everywhere. We hiked in the adjacent state park and enjoyed that immensely. The game room was fun with billiards and pinball as well as other games. Alexa activated all the lights on voice command. Hosts met us when we arrived and walked us through the house. We hope to return each year.

Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

This home is in the midst of beautiful trees and well off the beaten path. My parents accompanied me to visit my daughter at Smith College, and they said they felt “at peace” in this place and would gladly stay there again. My father marveled at the heating/furnace system (he went down to see the huge pellet bag in the basement and wanted to talk with Mary about how it all worked), which is state-of-the-art and makes the large house a constant comfortable temperature. Mary was very responsive and kept us informed, and my parents visited with her when I was in Northampton for a morning. (My father said he could have talked to Mary all day.) For them, the staircase leading up to the bedroom was a bit challenging, and that would be the only downside to our stay. We had everything we needed, and our mantra whenever we were looking for something was “Mary probably thought of that.” Thank you for everything!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! It has all the comforts of home and then some. The decor is phenomenal and the views are spectacular. You are right on the water which is beautiful. Lisa is a wonderful hostess. Super communicative and kind. We can’t wait to venture back to this piece of heaven on earth. ❤️

I can't rate this place highly enough! We travel to the Hudson valley frequently, and this place was cozy, quirky and incredibly well equipped for myself, my husband and our 4 and 1 year old children. We arrived to a warm and cozy (complete with yule-log on the TV) space with toys for the littles and snacks/prosecco for the grown ups! The location is excellent for hitting all of our favorite spots. Yanna was so proactive with local recommendations and clear instructions. We will definitely stay again!

I can only add to the rave reviews, especially those that point out that this is what Airbnb is meant to be - not a hotel like experience in a condo, but a somewhat quirky space full of personality and life. Location is great. Parking space a plus. Great for those traveling w pooches. And host Kira is the best. Detailed instructions and local recommendations, excellent value for this much space and generous offer to treat her home as your own.

This property provided a wonderful stay; the house was beautiful and fully equipped. The area offers numerous winter activities, and we plan to make this an annual trip.

Henry and Jorge could not have been friendly and more accommodating! The location of their place was extremely easy to find and super convenient to Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Woodstock, etc. Their bed was super comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
