We had the most relaxing stay and wish we could have stayed longer just to relax at the Air Bnb. Def highly recommended for a “homey” comfort feel if that is what you’re looking for!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

Quintin was such a kind host, welcoming us when we arrived and checking in periodically. The house was much more spacious than it looked online. It was extremely private and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us! I would 100% return. The property was very beautiful and the herding dog "Scooter" was the cutest & loved to walk the trails with us! Thank you Quint & Mary!

It worked out so that Margy was going to be able to let us get in at 10 AM, which would’ve been very helpful to us. But my daughter kept us so busy all day. We didn’t get there until after dinner! But it was a great place, very comfortable! We hope to stay there again in the future.

The place was great! It's a super cute secluded cabin. Would definitely recommend having a 4x4 or AWD car during winter months

I could have not asked for a better host and location! It was absolutely wonderful and my favorite part was having easy access to snacks at any point of time. I thoroughly appreciated it.

Erica and Jim are so thoughtful and amazing innkeepers! Their attention to detail was noticable at every turn, right down to the fresh baked cookie every evening! Breakfast was delicious both days! My mom is vegan/gluten free and they where delighted to make a similar dish for her while still accommodating her dietary needs, plus it tasted amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here!! 5 stars *****

We absolutely loved our stay with Kathleen and her family on their farm. We were so impressed with how important to Kathleen it was that we have an incredible stay. We felt like we booked the finest place in all of North Carolina because she treated us like prized guests every step of the way. The stay included breakfast, which exceeded our expectations in every way. I would rival Kathleen’s dishes with any of the finest bed and breakfasts in the South. It was some of the best food we have had, and we are still raving about it even days later. The room was cute and comfortable. We felt like we were in a little French cottage, which perfectly complimented our experience since we also visited the Biltmore while we were in town. It truly felt like the gilded age at every corner. We enjoyed the animals on the farm. The big dog that watches over the other animals was the sweetest. The goats surrounded us with love. We even got to see newborn piglets and got to hold them. We will be back!

Tamara and Marc were so welcoming and had everything set up for the most amazing experience. There was not one detail left un attended to. They went above and WAY beyond with supplies and amazing treats. For a very small price Tamara prepared the most amazing picnic for us that we had by the creek. We spent hours down there with our pup. The nature and surroundings as well as the beautiful Forrest cabin in the trees were only exceeded by their gracious hospitality. This was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Tamara and Marc!!!!

Staying here was like staying with your favorite relative, very cozy, beautiful views, a hike with a Mountain View on the property, the sweetest dog you could want who welcomes you any time you pull up. We wish we could come here every year. Sharon’s coffee cakes were delicious and she provided a little breakfast and snacks every day. This far exceeded our expectations and the price was very affordable. Also, Weaverville is the cutest little town and only 20 minutes from Asheville.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

Kim and Rodger’s hospitality go above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. The location was perfect for star gazing out on the patio, or shopping in near by Floyd. We absolutely adored their dog piglet who we couldn’t love on enough! Communication is never a problem, Kim is happy to help with anything during your stay. We loved this slice of paradise and will be returning soon!

Elizabeth's place was exactly how it was described on the website. She even greeted us outside, when we arrived, and made us feel right at home! This B&B is close to the Dupont Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway which was close to our day trip hiking destinations. Downtown Asheville and Brevard are also close by so there's plenty to do. Or if you want to sit and relax on their back porch and read a book that option is also available. We were so comfortable in their home it felt like visiting a long lost friend. Both Jim and Elizabeth had great stories to tell and also gave us a mini concert in their living room. Her weekend breakfasts were outstanding and she's a fantastic cook! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in this area. We will definitely be back.

Wow. What a wonderful experience. My mother and I stayed here for a night while passing through the area and we were absolutely blown away by Janice's incredible hospitality. We stayed in a lovely room in one of the wooden lodges, with a creekside view. The next morning, Janice brought us the most delicious meal right to our door: fresh peaches, grilled corn with mint and butter, warm scones, quiche with veggies from the garden, and thick sliced bacon. We loved talking with Janice and learning about her experience being an innkeeper for the last 25 years. Overall we wholeheartedly recommend this experience to all who are considering staying here, and we wish we had been able to stay longer. We'll certainly be back!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and the thoughtful card left for my husband father’s passing. Such a thoughtful small gesture. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our family of five stayed here for our first spring break in Tennessee, while visiting Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg for the Dollywood experience. This place was perfect for us! The cabin had everything we needed, including a fun little gaming area for the kids and a hot tub that helped us relax after long days of exploring. Ethan and Brooklyn were amazing hosts—they shared their experiences and gave us great recommendations since we had never been to the area before. The location was super convenient, with everything just a short drive away. Plus, the cabin is in a newer development, and there was no construction going on, so it was peaceful and quiet. If you're planning a trip to this area, I highly recommend staying here. It was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely book again!

Just what we needed! Just one block from the Gatlinburg strip smack in the middle of town, perfect location. Place was cozy and clean and Reeni is very friendly to talk to, we will definitely stay here again.

This day was perfect location just saw the downtown area of Gatlinburg. Place to look just like the pictures love the wood paneling two TVs. Plenty of space. I love the balcony of the river.
