Nice place, responsive host

Great space right in the heart of downtown Greer! Barista Alley is my favorite place for lattes. She got me in at 9:30 PM as I was dislocated from the fires. Very helpful.

Loved our stay at Habersham Mill. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and sitting on our porch listening to the river. Gorgeous, unique space. The host provided everything we needed.

Great place to stay and would definitely rent this unit again. I would have given it a total 5-star review, but the price was on the higher side. However, I know that it was a popular weekend in Knoxville, so that is somewhat expected. Hosts are wonderful and I would feel great about renting anything they own/manage.

Great spot, right downtown. The location does make it pricey but if you can swing it for something special, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place for a small group.

we had a lovely stay in Matt's place. It's small, but very cozy and comfortable. Perfect home base for our hiking trip.

Ok everything that everyone previously mentioned about the place is completely accurate. My daughter and I loved our stay and it really is a magical place. What I want to mention additionally is the place is spotless. I have a thing for germs and have had bad experiences in other air bnbs. Not here. There was no dust. Shower spotless. Sheets clean. This place is well worth it! I can tell you everything was thoroughly cleaned before our stay-no dust on curtains, baseboards clean, etc. Well worth it!

This was our first stay in Charlotte, and we will definitely come again! Ryan’s location was perfectly settled right out of city center. The home was as much fun as Charlotte itself! So clean and upscale. Everything you could ever ask for. And check out was an absolute breeze. I loved that we didn’t have to spend our last few hours settling with the apartment. We got extra hours to enjoy the location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We were in town for the Big Ears Festival and couldn't have asked for a better location. Walking distance to everything in Old City and downtown chock full of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The communication with the team managing the apartment was excellent and accessing the space was super easy. We appreciated the advance notice about the club next door and the train. It was indeed very loud and for the bedroom closest to the street REALLY loud. We appreciated the ear plugs and noise machines to offset the noise from outside but it really didn't make much of a difference. Just good to know going in. Otherwise, a great stay.

good location near downtown Knoxville. very walkable area. condo itself is on the first floor with windows against the sidewalk. fairly quiet at night however you can hear other condos in the morning as well as people coming and going out of the building. not super loud but noticeable. would stay here again on another visit to Knoxville.

It was great to be fortunate to return to my favorite loft unit and look forward to additional visits in the future!

Tracey’s loft is super clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently located right downtown in the lovely city of Clayton. Great communication from Tracey and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again.
