Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Great host, always prompt to response to messages and very helpful. The place is a minute walk from the beach. Clean, very useful kitchen and strong A/C. Thank you so much.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and always responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and offered breathtaking views that made our mornings even more special. Security was excellent, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The space was thoughtfully set up with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. One small thing to note is that the hot water takes a little time to heat up, but once it does, it works just fine. certainly not a dealbreaker given everything else this place offers. Overall, this apartment is fantastic value for money. The combination of a friendly host, stunning views, and a comfortable, secure space made our experience truly enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I have just spent 2 weeks here and it was amazing. To start with each room had AC and a fan !! The bedrooms were perfect with a chest of draw in each. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The kitchen was stocked with - utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, cups. There was a microwave (although we didn’t use it), a hob, and a washing machine. 2 balcony’s, one of them worked really well as a place to dry our clothes (drying rack and pegs provided). There was also washing powder for our clothes as well which was really thoughtful. The pool and gym were also great to have access too as well. During the morning a lot of the pool area is in the shade but at around 12/1pm it’s the perfect location for a sunbathe. During our stay we had communications with the owner Nath, who answered any questions we had and also gave us great recommendations on what to do and see in Sri Lanka. If I’m ever back in Sri Lanka I would definitely stay here again !!

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

First off, this is not in the City Center building, its located in On 320 Union, which is a very large condo complex consisting of 3 towers. The condo is brand new, on the same level as the large pool and well appointed Gym. Extremely safe due to very high security and biometrics based access control. The unit had all the listed appliances and amenities. The living room was a bit small but for 4 adults this should be more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. Very good showers with good pressure and very hot water. Suraj was a very good host, great communication and very friendly and flexible.

Great place to stay. New, spacious 3 story, 4 bedroom house, nicely furnished with all the amenities for meals and cooking if desired. Bathrooms spotless with ample hot water. All bed rooms are air-conditioned, high speed internet in all areas and TV with a long list of channels on the middle floor living area. Washing machine also available. Udara's father was at the house to hand over the keys and check in was a breeze. Check out was also handled easily and efficiently. There is ample space for a large family group to stay with multiple common areas to hangout. Udara's place is walking distance to Monarch Imperial Hotel, Bakery at the Lake and an extensive collection of street food stalls. Several supermarkets are also within walking distance. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Overall we had an excellent experience staying at Udara's place and I would recommend it without reservations.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean ans tidy. Felt right at home. Sumal was a great host. He was very friendly and professional. Always available to communicate at anytime of the day. Very clear instructions on everything and very thoughtful of every little detail. Never felt any uneasiness at Sumal's place. Would definitely come again! 😊 ❤️

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

The villa is super comfortable and feels like being at home. We loved the whole space and the front garden with the parking as well. Super responsive and proactive host, can’t fault him whatsoever. Some parts are still being built but that didn’t bother/affect us. Will definitely book again next time!

Irushi and Kumar are fantastic hosts. Their place is cozy, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Both are excellent communicators and very responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend their place to anyone.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Had such a great stay at this place! Mainly thanks to our host Dinusha! She was very helpful and always in contact to make sure everything was ok. The place was spacious and she was very understanding with last minute requests which was highly appreciated. I’d recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back ! Himali and Wasanthas place on 20th floor of a residential complex was super comfortable. It’s easy to get around by Tuktuk. We stayed there for 2 weeks for some remote work and city life. The hosts were always responsive and quick in finding solutions to minor issues we raised. There is a minimart downstairs, a laundry, and pool in on the 7th floor good for lap swims (20-25 meters we believe). If you want to explore the city from a quiet and homey base, we can highly recommend the property and the hosts.

Had a great few days at On320 apartment. Highly recommend as base to explore Colombo.
