I had an amazing stay at Vorandhi’s place in Colombo! From the seamless check-in to the spotless, beautifully decorated space, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and strong Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine with great water pressure. The location was perfect—close to top attractions, restaurants, and transport options, yet peaceful. Vorandhi was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful with great local recommendations. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This is probably one of the most beautiful and highest quality apartments in all of Colombo. We have been coming to Sri Lanka since 2015 and have stayed in many places. Nicola's attention to detail and quality is unmistakable. If you have discerning taste and want a place that is artful, clean and full with high end decor and appliances this is the place. It costs more than many apartments but it's well worth it. The location is great! Within walking distance to excellent restaurants at Cinnamon Life Hotel, a grocery and a fabulous mall. It's also an easy walk to a nice beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and always responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and offered breathtaking views that made our mornings even more special. Security was excellent, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The space was thoughtfully set up with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. One small thing to note is that the hot water takes a little time to heat up, but once it does, it works just fine. certainly not a dealbreaker given everything else this place offers. Overall, this apartment is fantastic value for money. The combination of a friendly host, stunning views, and a comfortable, secure space made our experience truly enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

I came across this place after some extensive searching and needless to say that it paid off. The host is not just a host, shes a super duper host. She helped me right from booking to to letting me in and accommodating several requests made from us. She’s brilliant. The house is as the pics show, sparkling clean, contemporary, fully loaded with the daily basics that you need, and the location is just brilliant. You truly feel like a local stayin in this place. I would recommend anyone looking at booking this place to go ahead blindly. It will not disappoint even by an iota. Sueprhost!!!

The apartment was lovely with great AC, especially in the bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Location made it easy to get to the beach where there were lots of bars and restaurants. If we didn't want the beach, there was a beautiful pool! There is a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and we especially enjoyed watching the trains go by, however train noise was never a problem! Communication with Jen was great - she was very responsive and helpful!

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. Negombo n'apparaissant pas dans les sites d'interêt majeur, nous ne pensions pas vivre de tels instants. Sous le couvert de la forêt, au bord d'un canal débouchant sur la Mangrove, la maison est entourée d'une large terrasse fraîche. A la fois calme et au milieu des habitants de ce quartier catholique, elle offre confort et authenticité. Hetti nous a assisté pour les repas, les transports et les activités. De la maison on atteint la plage où l'on découvre l'activité des pêcheurs traditionnels. Magnifique promenade en bateau dans la mangrove organisée par notre hôte. Deux jours qui laisseront de trés beaux souvenirs.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding in Bentota. It was an excellent place to stay and relax following all the events associated with a South Indian wedding. The location was a bit out of the way - our initial Uber there wound up charging us extra because we had to go up a dirt road - but Edward was very accommodating and put us in touch with a few tuk-tuk drivers who took us to and from the different events that were planned. He even drove us to an event himself when we couldn't find a ride. The food was also quite good - every meal had a spread of Sri Lankan dishes cooked from locally sourced ingredients. He shared the proposed menu with us and adjusted it after learning that our party had three vegetarians.

Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

The place was really cool. It had everything at a walkable distance. We had flexible early check in, which most of the Airbnb really don't do, but the host Shiffon he was kind enough to come by himself and guide us to the house.

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The beautiful view of the Indian Ocean truly made our stay unforgettable. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the stunning scenery. Our only regret was not being able to enjoy the rooftop pool due to our busy schedule, but it just gives us another reason to return! The property felt very safe, which was a big plus for us. Vasanty and Joseph were incredible hosts—they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us with our special needs. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. If we find ourselves in the area again on our next trip to Sri Lanka, we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great spacious apartment near to beach and restaurants. Loved the roof top Infinity pool. The gentleman security guard went above and beyond. We used Uber everywhere such good value. Overall highly recommended.

Blue Ocean Residency is situated in a central places to many. Beach is 2 min walk and it is ideal for morning walks to start your day. Many eating places can be found along the beach and 5 min walk to the main road. Hot showers are brilliant to fresh yourself before the bed. All the kitchen appliances are in good condition and they make your day easier. All the beds are very comfortable, too. The caretaker is very helpful as well as Seevali. The 24/7 security is very helpful even when you come in the middle night. And they make you feel secured. I will book this place again when I go back, without any hesitation.
