Western Springs : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. Beautiful views from home, nice local restaurants & morning walks down to the beach too. Highly recommended. Definitely will be staying here on my next family trip! Thanks again Sandy!!!!!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Comfortable living space with access to deck and enclosed lawn. Good for 2 couples with upstairs bedroom and ensuite, while downstairs bedroom right across hallway from main bathroom, toilet. Dishwasher and fridge freezer with everything you need to cook with and serve on. One of the nicest homely airbnbs ive stayed in. Central to everything. Would definitely return. Thanks

We found Rachel's place to be even better than what was written about it. Rachel had everything generously stocked: kitchen supplies, crockery and utensils, bathroom supplies and everything you could need for your stay. It was an easy walking distance to the New World Supermarket and shops and cafes. We so enjoyed our stay at her place will look forward to staying there again, when next we visit our family. This place was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious—it almost felt like a shame we didn’t have more people to share it with! The views were breathtaking, especially the sunrise, which I made sure to wake up for every morning. There was so much room to relax, and the bathrooms, complete with tubs, were a big hit with my son. Amy was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and very accommodating. I can’t wait to come back with more friends and family to fully enjoy this amazing property!

Beautiful ocean views, within a short walk of the beach with lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it just right for our mult-generational family holiday.

This is the place to stay in Devonport - excellent location with the best host! Lovely stay - we’d come back again!

My two sisters and I had a great stay. The unit is light, sunny and had everything we needed. Very good walking distance to the Viaduct area and downtown Auckland. It was lovely sitting on the wee balcony in the morning and evening, with the Harbour bridge lit up in the distance. Pam left good information, and responded immediately with helpful advice to the only question we had. This was an excellent spot to base ourselves for a weekend in the city, we would come again.

Great central location for exploring Auckland! The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely stay including very comfortable beds. Considering it is in the city center, the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. Jane was extremely communicative and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear. Thank you!

Loved the apartment! It looks exactly as the pictures. It is very comfortable, has looks of space and is beautifully decorated. I also loved having 2 balconies and the washing/drying machine was an added bonus and very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the different types of pillows. It was also very quiet, so I was always able to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. I also felt very safe in the apartment. In the evenings you can only access the building with your key fob. You also need it to get access to the elevator. So this made me feel very safe, especially while traveling alone. I had great communication with Hannah. She always replied fast and I also really loved the video she sent a few days before check-in showing how to access the apartment and different details of the apartment. That is a great idea! Will definitely recommend this apartment to others. Loved it!

Marg welcomed us warmly and showed us her property, which was generously stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the beach and a variety of restaurants, also the bus that goes into Auckland city. It was perfect for our stay and we would love to return if we were to visit Auckland again.

Kerri had been very easy to communicate with, she responds fast and has been very supportive and friendly from the get go. The location of this place is perfect for visitors who prefer to discover Auckland on foot, ferry, public transportation. The unit is spacious enough for 2 people and it was truly immaculate with an easy and well described check-in and check out process. The appliances are very sophisticated and easy to use. Kerri put a lot of attention to detail in furnishing this place. Her information on local restaurants and sightseeing were very accurate as we tested some. There are lots of interesting places within a 15 minute walking radius.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was incredibly comfortable with great amenities, and it is a fantastic location just out of the cbd. Both great for walking and public transport. Cannelle was an excellent host! I’d highly recommend.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

Sky Blue is hard to beat for a short, medium or long stay based in Takapuna. It is cosy, welcoming, spacious, clean and perfectly located. We had no need to contact Jacqui during our stay but all communications prior to and after our stay made it clear she would have been immediately responsive. If we come back to Takapuna we shall definitely book Sky Blue again. Five stars is well earned and deserved

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Ivanli was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs. The balcony was more breathtaking than the pictures provided. The cozy 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for the 3 of us and in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was just what we needed. spacous, clean, tidy and close to the town centre.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

Helen was very accommodating for our check-in, which was very much appreciated. She and Kate were very responsive to any questions. The condo was perfect for our needs, allowing us to cook when we wished, with lots of choice for food and drink within easy walking when we didn’t. It was nice to be in a neighborhood, rather than the CBD. We were easily able to walk to the CBD for our tours and a show.
