If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

This is our second time staying here. Great location just a very short walk to the beach. Great water views from the balcony, comfortable bed, everything as pictured and described, value for money. Friendly, responsive host. Will definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! It was spotless, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved its peaceful and private location, and it accommodated our party perfectly. The unit smelled amazing, the amenities were complete, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the appliances worked properly. Every detail was well taken care of, and we were beyond impressed! The caretakers, especially Ate Elena, were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the games that were readily available for us to use and the organized clear book filled with helpful recommendations for guests. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would highly recommend this fantastic place to our family and friends. We would absolutely return here in a heartbeat. If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

We had an amazing stay! The place is very clean and spacious—perfect for three people. The aircon is soooo cold, and the hot shower works perfectly. It’s in a super convenient location—just a short walk to D’Mall—and very affordable for what you get. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, which is a nice touch. Even my friend who was booked at Henann Crystal said my view was better! The guard is friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible. The owner, Petri, was very accommodating and even allowed me to have a guest inside the unit. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation. As advertised, Diniwid Beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Station 1 could be accessed from Diniwid Beach though a lighted pathway. The rooms were properly maintained, spacious, and clean. Basic toiletries and towels are also provided. Units with kitchen have kitchenware and dinnerware available for use. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The host was responsive to queries as well. Wifi is available, and the property is backed-up with a generator. Over-all, a place you can highly recommend.

Have a nice yard. The location is not too central, and the road at the door is not very good. One of the toilets is outdoor and inconvenient (privacy)，The rest can only be said to be perfect! The price is right at the same time! Of course, the only drawback may be that the landlord's reply is relatively slow! Make preparation time in advance. I don't think this is a problem!

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Very cute place with a ver nice patio. Quite neighborhood. Excellent parking. Very comfy bed, clean and private place. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed . Shirlen knows everything about Sipalay city. She’s super kind and welcoming and accommodating. We only wish we got to stay longer. Would definitely recommend her home if you’re staying in Sipalay.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

We had a wonderful two-week stay! The space was just right for the two of us—comfortable and roomy. I also worked from the unit during our stay, and the internet speed was great, which made things really convenient. The bed, comforters, and pillows were hotel-grade—so comfy that we slept really well every night. We also loved the peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for morning walks and jogs. Having a washing machine in the unit was a big plus and one of the reasons we chose this place, since we usually stay for extended periods. It was our first time exploring New Coast, and we found it very promising—with nearby shops, a beautiful, pristine shoreline, and friendly staff. We’d definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

This place was great it was slightly far out from D’Mall but there was a bus that was a good price that you could get from right outside the place, it has a 7/11 10 min walk open 24 hours so great for getting little bits and pieces if your feeling lazy you can walk to the private beach it was never busy and very clean you are able to use the other hotels faciltys bars and restaurants etc so you were never stuck for food or drink. The host is very helpful and always responsive would definitely stay again.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Loved this apartment and Ms. Cheryl’s hospitality so much that we decided to stay again. This place is peaceful, with a beautiful view—couldn’t find a better match for us. Thank you for the friendly communication and warm hospitality!

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. If you’re like us this is a highly recommended place. We will surely be back with our family. Will get 3 more units. Sarah, Richard and Ate Bheng is very helpful for all my questions and needs.

One of the best organized places I have stayed using Airbnb. I can not say enough good about the area or the beauty and peaceful surroundings. A beautiful unit, with just the right amount of furnishings. The kitchen had everything except for a drip coffeemaker. I had no problem to cook anything. The washing machine was a BIG plus too, what a joy to come home from the beach and do some laundry. One note however is the island does suffer from brownouts. There were 2 during my 3 night stay. The unit is on it's own private generator, which they can turn on to restore the power. If you were using a CPAP machine for example, this may be an issue. May I please say this is a really beautiful unit, building, and setting to stay and get away from the masses of crowds in Boracay. I would return again the next time I travel to Boracay.
