It was a great 3 nights stay like we were just at on our own home. The house was clean & comfortable to stay. Peaceful neighborhood with good surrounding. Highly recommended for a small or big family to stay. Thank you for hosting us and surely i’ll book again for my next visit.

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

We had a nice stay at Silungan. Felt right at home. Susana as well as the caretakers were very responsive and friendly. The place was perfect for our group. The pool on the property was a nice touch.

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly, the place looked exactly like the photos and was bigger than we expected. We loved the breakfast in the morning and that you could walk down to the water where there were turtles. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

We have had many stops in the Philippines in the last 2 months. I believe this was our 11th Airbnb this year. This was by far the best. Beautiful renovation with all the details well thought out and executed. There is even a washing machine with a water filter and water softener. We loved how quiet the place was compared to other subdivisions we have stayed in. Communication was excellent. Any questions she had answers for. Just an overall wonderful experience. We would only stay here if we make it back to Bacolod!

Kuya Bam, the caretaker, was very very helpful and nice. He was always assisting us in everything, he even helped us get rides to stores and back.

Highly recommend, everyone here was extraordinarily kind and helpful, going well out of their way to make our stay perfect. The property was lush and well taken care of, messages were promptly replied to, they gave us directions and ordered an inexpensive taxi at the end of our stay. The location is right in the middle of town with plenty of food, bars, and massage within a very short walk. I would leave more stars if I could.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

We had a wonderful stay at Shemuel Transient Homes! The place was spacious, with big rooms and clean bathrooms, making it perfect for our group of 15. The house was well-equipped with cleaning and cooking materials, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Residence 1380 is a fantastic AirBnB for big families or groups who need a place to stay in the heart of Bacolod City. It is a stone’s throw away from City Hall, and is just next to MegaWorld’s Upper East development. There is a Savemore Grocery, Jollibee and Mcdonalds nearby. Residence 1380 itself feels just like home. It feels like your family’s house in the province that you visit during vacation. There are 7 rooms. Beds are clean, there are aircons and fans. Showers have heated water. The house has an open air patio in the middle, where you can enjoy dinner under the stars. The kitchen is well stocked, complete with all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare hot meals. There is fast wifi internet that is hassle-free to connect to. And the garage can fit 2 large vehicles

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Kleiner abgelegener Strand vor der Haustür (mit Schildkröten, Achtung aber viele Treppen zu gehen), Tumalog Falls und Waleshark Area sehr nah und auch mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Tür, mit denen man überall hingelangt. Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr privat. Der Host war zudem sehr nett und hat und mit der Buchung unserer Touren toll geholfen! Danke dafür! Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Had a nice stay here. Beautifully designed interior. It’s about 15 minutes grab ride from a local mall, vista mall. The host was outstanding in terms of little additional amenities and care. I was surprised by this, as many hosts neglecting this. There are some games and books to peruse. The host was also attentive and responsive. There is a large kitchen for cooking with lots of equipment and things you might need. The WiFi was good enough for Netflix, YouTube, and general browsing. It didn’t work well enough for my video calls and multimedia uploads (I work from home) but it sounds like the host may upgrade it in the future. Overall 5 stars, I would recommend it, and appreciate the experience.

The place is great for large groups because it’s an entire house with enough beds. Living area is spacious. Host is responsive and accommodating with our requests. Had a great stay overall!

Four times in a row we booked the place. Overall, it is highly recommended. Ms. Angela our host are very easy to deal with, especially if you have request. Still we will book the same place everytime we visit Bacolod.😇🥰🤩

Location itself was perfect for what we wanted. 7/11 a minute or two away in case we need some water, etc. The Supermart is across the street as well as Coffee Break for some fresh coffee in the morning. Someone is always there to help with parking inside the compound (except at night of course). Festive Mall was 6-7 minute walk. The place was mainly used to rest after some day and night activities out and about. Perfect for our plans.

Stayed here cause we attended a wedding. Very nice place. Easy to find and theres a 7/11 downstairs. Highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We will definitely come back again!
