Kuya Bam, the caretaker, was very very helpful and nice. He was always assisting us in everything, he even helped us get rides to stores and back.

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

The place was very nice, my family liked it because they were comfortable and felt just like at home. Everything stated on the description of the place, the pictures from the inside and the outside of the house are all accurate. Great time when you are with your family. We checked in a little bit late in the afternoon but I already informed the host about it. She was able to respond quickly and very helpful before and after our stay. Also the caretaker of the place was very nice and very much helpful to us. She immediately showed and informed me everything about the house, rooms, bathrooms (etc.). She was very nice. We had a great, comfortable and relaxing stay at this place, very much recommended guys! Looking forward to coming back again soon and I would chose this place when I wanna go back to southern part of Cebu. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at the place. The space was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels, and the bed was super cozy. Communication with the host was seamless—friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It's very cozyyyy! And has a lot of useful stuff. It's very clean. Has fast wifi, hot and cold shower, and a good air conditioned room.

Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Place is neat and tidy. The Host is very responsive. Managed to check in early too. My kid enjoyed especially the pool. Will book again.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Amazing view, modern house, spacious and cosy! Check in and checkout was smooth, Ric was very helpful and always there to help. As you know from description, it’s high up and you need to hike in order to get there… the stairs are pretty steep and tough, once you come up you will want to have shower ASAP 😃 You need to think twice about the stuff you wanna take with you before leaving this place 😃 Recommend if you are not afraid of hike.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

Check in was a breeze. Ms Evalyn was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived at Bacolod in the afternoon and booked when we were already there. She responded in just a few minutes, and within the hour we were able to check into her place. Location was map-friendly and easy to find. Rooms were as described, and comfortable. Fresh clean sheets, complete amenities that you’d need in a home. Highly recommended! 🌟

Family had a good time. The place was peace, quiet and clean. Sir Ethan really communicated well with us and attended to our needs before we went to the place. The caretakers were friendly and helped whenever we had questions at the place. The cellular signal in the area is a little not good but there was a wifi provided. Our experience was overall great! Especially the kids. It’s a good place to connect with nature.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

We had fun with the place. My family enjoyed everything. We will surely come back. The care taker is approachable as well.
