Easy, walkable area convenient for staying in Downtown Indy.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

This was an excellent property! Brenda is very responsive and nice. Parking can be tight as the apartment complex has limited spaces, but that does not impact my 5-star rating. I absolutely would stay here again.

This is a wonderful little apartment. The updates are very nice and it was convenient to downtown Tipton. It was the perfect place to retire after our daughter’s bridal shower. Thank you for the great stay!

I loved this space so much. I can’t wait to go back. It was way bigger than the pictures looked, and I enjoyed my stay and wish I’d planned for longer. It made me want my own apartment space within the building. It was great to park in the garage close to the room without the use of elevator, and was easy to locate. I loved loved it. I’ve been renting bnb’s for a while now. I’m never disappointed. I was nervous cause I wasn’t sure of the neighborhood. Once I got there I felt very secure. The furnace/water heater made noises that scared me a lot, but overall, I will rent here everytime I’m in Indy. She was very nice when it was time for me to leave and needed extra time. She responded at 1-2am. I made sure I made sure I gave her back her apt just like she gave it to me. Very clean lol. Thanks for the great experience!

Had a great stay at this location. Great downtown location, and the apartment was clean and spacious.

This home is walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants located in the Broad Ripple area. We did not have to drive to dinner and enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to easily get downtown by car in about 20 minutes. It was very easy to navigate getting back and forth. Parking options for the stay were easy to navigate and secure. The house was very spacious and clean. Exactly as listed. For our group of 4 adults this was more than enough space.

We loved staying at Christine’s home. It was spotless and so comfortable. She was also quick to respond whenever we touched base with her. I would highly recommend this gorgeous place.

We had a great stay at Adam’s place! Easy walk to Amelia’s and KanKan and close to many other things. We want to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor spaces!

We stayed at Joe’s place while visiting friends nearby. It worked out perfectly - size and location wise. The beds are comfortable and the shower is forceful and warm! The house was a bit tricky to find in the dark but if you remember that its on a corner - its easier to spot

Joan (and her co-hosts) were very friendly and responsive; there was an issue with the toilet upon arrival but they were quick to keep me informed and fixed it immediately, these things sometimes happen, so it wasn't a problem for me at all. The house is just as described, cute little duplex right near downtown Broad Ripple, close to walking trails, restaurants and shops. I brought my dog and we had nice walks each day of my stay (the weather was perfect too, I got lucky!). This home is a little older, but I loved the charm of it and how cozy it felt. There were some other reviews mentioning the smell of mold/mildew, and I did notice this, but got used to it eventually. I am pretty sensitive to smells so it was a little bit of an adjustment, but again, this is just how older homes smell sometimes, so this is less of a complaint and more just a note for future guests who may be more sensitive to that. Again, super cute home, super nice family/hosts, and I would recommend!

A beautiful home. lots of space and very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. Just a heads up, the house is near some train tracks. On occasion you can hear a train going by. Didn't bother me but I thought others may want to be aware.

This was our second stay and it was even better than the first. This time it felt like coming home. Beautiful home with a great fenced in back yard for our dogs. We even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we got there. When we had some questions, response time was less than 10 min. It was great. We will go back next year!

Stay was great as always. Very comfy and lots of room. All the amenities that you need. This is our third year staying at Briannas. We will be back next year.

We stayed in the house over Christmas while visiting family and found it to be comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms each have a bath and are quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. It is possible to cook a meal. The neighborhood is desirable and full of restaurants and shops. Four adults and a non- walking baby fit nicely.

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home! Perfect for the two of us here for work for the week. So cozy, clean, had everything you needed plus a bunch of sweet and homey touches!

James's condo was absolutely perfect for our quick trip. The place was easy to find, clean, and exactly as it is described/shown in the listing. Beds were comfortable, living area has great natural light, and everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. James is a great communicator and make checking in and out a breeze. Ripping some Skynyrd on the record player was a nice bonus too! Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great weekend in Indy. The home was perfect and specious for the four of us and was a fantastic location.

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!
