Our host, Michelle, was incredibly helpful responsive to all questions and concerns BOTH before we arrived and during our stay. We needed help locating the property once we arrived, but everything was smooth sailing afterwards. The amenities provided were REALLY helpful. Our group really enjoyed our brief visit.

Great house with a very large amount of space for activities. The kitchens are fantastic for cooking for large groups. I would recommend Doc’s. Everything was perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Shayla was a wonderful host, she communicated well and the photos don’t do justice. Her home was much bigger than expected and very accommodating. We rented the location for our company as a group and it was everything we needed. We had plenty of room to prep for our event. We even enjoyed spending time at the location in the evening after our event, the six of us cooked together, played darts and listened to music for some team building! We will definitely be back next year!

Dillons Hackberry House for perfect for the occasion and everybody enjoyed the stay. From the pier to the spacious sleeping. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great home that made us feel like home, my family came to visit me from Oklahoma and my son enjoyed that it had a cool pool he had his own room to himself. More than anything it is pet friendly our little poodle also enjoyed the house. Home was very clean, my wife likes to have a clean house so she would clean after cooking and everything. Would really recommend this home to everyone.

House was fantastic! Great weekend get away with a beautiful view and great amenities and atmosphere. Chris was great and had everything lined out for us. Will be back!

Tanis saved our Christmas! We had previously booked another place that did not work out and Tanis accommodated my family by letting us in early. The house is gorgeous, beds and furniture are very comfortable, the area is safe and within walking distance of downtown and parks. Fenced in back yard for dogs is awesome. It really is a wonderful place. I will always book this house when we visit family in Lake Charles.

From the very first communication with Kim and Mar, our experience in their home was excellent. The house is very well located for the event we attended in Welsh. Lake Charles was just a short drive to the west as well. Whether your choice is the larger porch with rocking chairs or the smaller one with a porch swing, both provide a serene spot for listening to bird's morning songs and sipping your morning coffee evoking a peaceful spirit. The "farmhouse" is full of history and lacks nothing in the way of charm and updated conveniences. It was roomy and comfy from the moment we walked thru the door. We enjoyed reading about the original owners, Aunt Betty and Uncle Dan, and their family who have carried on the tradition of hospitality. When you leave you truly feel that you have stepped back in time to slower pace surrounded by family. You will definitely appreciate all there is to enjoy while staying in this southern gem.

Very clean, seemed like a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from the restaurants/casinos. Even got a great recommendation for a restaurant from our host. Great stay for sure!

Our stay was great, A small Mardi Gras birthday get away with this nice quiet neighborhood Airbnb was perfect. The house was nice/cleaned when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room, and a nice big area in the back room to sit relax and play pool. It took us like 10-15 minutes to get to casino. A lot of places to eat down the street from 5th Ave ( down west Prien lake Rd.) restaurants, shopping mall & more) Thank you to our Host Damaris very helpful/ quick response. We are planning to stay here again.😊🥰

Felt right at home and close to work

This Cabin Retreat was beautiful and in an absolutely amazing and serene location! Our host was wonderful and very quick to answer messages. We had a great time and definitely plan on returning soon!

Montana's place was extremely comfortable for our group. We felt right at home! Our hostess was very responsive & took care of a couple issues at check-in immediately & thoroughly. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable & we absolutely loved the outdoor fireplace. We will definitely be back for next year's gumbo cook-off!

Joe and Kelli literally saved our vacation. Our original booking had been canceled by the previous host, and we suddenly found ourselves without a place to stay. While searching for available accommodations in the area, we found them—and they welcomed us into their cottage. We found it clean, cool, and equipped with every comfort: a large fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a dryer to wash our clothes, a super comfy couch for relaxing evenings in front of the TV, and a spacious, incredibly comfortable bed. It felt like a dream. We were afraid we might end up spending the night on the street, but instead, we found ourselves in the warm embrace of Louisiana. We’re so grateful to Joe and Kelli for accepting us on such short notice—their home was perfect. Highly recommended. We even took a walk around the neighborhood in the evening—it felt very safe and relaxing. Fantastic. Thank you!!!

We booked this Airbnb with Regina. It was very easy booking. Great communication. Great information sent to us. Regina is an amazing host. Very responsive. This Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was VERY clean. It was SPOTLESS. Very spacious. It smelled and looked like it was brand new. It's a VERY safe neighborhood, which was important to use because we had 4 ladies staying for a girls' trip weekend getaway. We felt very safe. Great location near eating places, shopping, casino and park. Lots of entertainment. Our stay was so peaceful. We slept like a baby. It felt like home. We will definitely be reserving this Airbnb again. Highly recommended.

Everything was going good up into the last stay, I was in the tub in I hear someone walk in, I call my brothers name thinking it’ll be him and it was our host. I was confused on why he was there because we had extended our stay, I get out of the tub and he looks very upset he starts to go on saying we aren’t suppose to be there and he starts taking pictures. In the process I’m telling Mr.Chandra my sister was on the phone with airbnb support around 3:16 I showed him receipts of everything and he counties to yell and repeatedly cut me off. I take a moment, than ask if it’s okay if we can just pack our things as he watches and I clean up. He counties taking pictures and talking to one of the other guest, he comes and tell me “ smoking is prohibited “ there was not one cigarette or cigar out in sight after not responding he says I have 15 minutes to leave which is fine by me because I was already packing. Only damaged in the house that was caused was the table being broke and I apologized

After our first time staying here, it will be the only place we would stay when visiting this area moving forward. You will love it as much as us!

We love staying at Angela's place. We've been staying with them for a while, and will be staying with them more.

Jamie’s home was spacious and exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed every moment and Jamie was an exceptional host!!
