My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

My wife and I found this place and booked it to host my parents and sister for Christmas and New Year. We had an AMAZING time and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The hosts were super responsive and took care of all our needs. We fell in love with the place and would love to return any time!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

Riki’s place was beautiful and as described in the description and pictures. Great place for us going to Universal Studios literally a 10 minute drive away. Enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking around. Keep in mind there is a fee to use the hot tub depending how long your stay is. Would highly recommend especially if going to Universal Studios. Thanks Riki for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

Ive been to MANY bnbs throughout the world but I must say this was by far the best. The beds and foundations were oh so good. Usually a bed feels flimsy weak and no support BUT Chateau TNT has changed the game. Good sturdy foundations and firm mattresses and PLENTY of pillows and blankets. The massage chair, the cold fridge, pool table, washer and dryer etc etc. i was so satisfied and at home. Definitely will be using this bnb again. Just perfect!!!! Oh and the shower OMG perfect pressure and different angles. Just a perfect spot!!!!!

This place was immaculate, very very clean and pretty, awesome TV's in every room, all the amenities you need, cleaning products to clean up behind yourself (lots of hosts miss that detail). The communication was awesome! The neighbors in building were a lil interesting but nothing that would deter me from booking with this location over n over again

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Yese is a very responsive host. Her place was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. I was able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen and it was easy to feel at home in this place. We would stay again!

Great Condo stay in a walkable neighborhood close to park, beach, mall, and places to eat.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the home! The neighborhood is extremely walkable surrounded with mature trees and beautiful homes. It was very serene and peaceful and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at, and I have stayed at probably over 50. Natalie is a wonderful host, she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel right at home. She is a super kind generous person and really went out of her way on the most thoughtful touches. Some highlights: * The outdoor space is absolutely breathtaking/amazing. we planned to do a bunch of stuff in LA and skipped it because everyone had more fun relaxing by the pool and taking in the ambiance * The indoor space is also wonderful, a full steam room and amazing art from all over the world. SUPER comfy beds. * Traveling with a toddler requires all the extra planning, Natalie made it super easy with a toddler bed with guardrails, stepstools and a really nice booster seat all available at check in. * Provided a fully stocked kitchen!! it was so nice not to immediately have to go to a grocery store after a long travel day!! * She gave my toddler an easter basket filled with toys and let us do a garden hunt!!

Such a beautiful place, made us feel right at home. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back when we’re in town!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

We had a wonderful time in LA, it was our first visit. The stay was more than comfortable, specially our daughter loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. Both Kat and Logan are great hosts and took good care of us. Thank you!!

Ty's place in Sherman Oaks was perfect for visiting the sights of LA. The house was very clean and had perfect accommodation for a group of 4. we loved the ensuite bathroom. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool.

A peaceful get away in busy LA. David the host was amazing. Very private space with lots of nice little touches. The outdoor space was an oasis. Thank you !
