So thankful for Deanna for hosting our group! We had a very large family group and the space accommodated us perfectly. Deanna is an excellent host and knows a lot about the area, she made our stay even better.

Kristin was a very flexible host, allowing for early check-in and providing clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, as well as additional information regarding location of extra linens and spare bed options. She was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, including technological difficulties with the tv/cable during our stay. Also an 8 min walk to the Sunrise lift chair at Holiday Valley resort if you don’t want to wait more than 15+ minutes for the shuttle. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!

We LOVED staying at this Chalet! The place was comfortable, super clean and was convenient to everything. We really liked being able to keep all of our ski gear downstairs as soon as you come in. The kitchen had everything we needed and liked the gas stove top. Beds were so comfortable and linens were really warm. It was nice to be able to see the ski slopes from the living room....my parents really enjoyed that feature. My husband and son loved being able to walk over to Yodeler Lodge to ski first tracks. I would drive over a little later because I don't get up that early, LOL, but always found a parking spot. We traveled into town for dinner every night which is only 2 miles away. Great hosts and always responsive. So glad we chose this home to stay at and look forward to booking our next trip.

We had a wonderful time. Jean was always incredibly quick to respond to the few questions I had and very courteous. The view was great and the location was absolutely perfect to watch the sun rise in the morning. Thanks for the good memories!

Beautiful location, and nice host.

Our stay at Diver’s place was exactly what we expected and needed. The house is full of character and matches the areas vibe wonderfully. We were there for Thanksgiving and I had almost everything I needed to provide a great dinner for my active duty sons. The small, local grocery store was a great resource and had the best rotisserie chickens ever! As Floridians we were able to experience snow and a lot of it. Even though we had to cut our visit short by a day because of the snow, we all had an excellent stay. Diver was responsive, gave great recommendations for a dinner out, and was overall an outstanding host.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Great place to stay; it was perfect for visiting family during the winter holidays. I can only imaging how fantastic it would be to visit over the summer.
