Susan's house was perfect for our visit to Denver. Great location and everything we needed. She was always available to answer our questions.

The location of this house can't be beat! Super walkable to a ton of great restaurants, bars and breweries in the Lower Highlands. An easy walk over the pedestrian bridge into Confluence Park and Lower Downtown. The rooftop is stunning -- an epic space with an unobstructed view of the Denver skyline that's one of the best I've ever seen. The house itself is eclectic, clean and comfortable. There are a few spots where it seems to be showing it's age -- specifically the downstairs bathroom. When I stayed, the floating vanity was separating from the wall and was being propped up by a scrap piece of 2x4 stuck under the cabinet. It still worked fine, but it struck me as a bit sketchy. The few warts aside, this spot is easily worth it just for the location and outdoor spaces.

This is a really great (and very clean) house with pretty much everything you need in it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The basement has fun games that the whole family had a blast playing, as well as a big TV and huge comfy couch for everyone to hang out on. The area itself is a little bland, but for a family trip, it worked just fine. Everything we did in the Denver area was about a 15-20 minute drive like it says, which no one minded, but definitely something to factor in. Alissa was also a super responsive and accommodating host. She gave easy directions on how to enter/close up, and she was always there to answer any questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Enjoyed being able to park on the driveway right next to the entrance. Carla’s home is spacious & well stocked—extra linens/blankets, cooking & cleaning supplies, games, books, I even saw salt for the steps in the event of snow. Communication was great! Felt very at home. We were comfortably warm during a winter stay and the office area was nice for one person to be able to do hair/makeup while someone else showered. It’s about a 10 min drive to Santa Fe arts district (Variety of shops & Art galleries on a walkable strip) and about 20 min drive to Rhino (Denver Central Market is very cool )! Would stay again & recommend for a long term stay!Very pet friendly! Thanks, Carla!

Very clean, comfortable and easy to check into. Location is very close to our family so was very convenient for us. We will definitely look to book again when we're back in town.

Our stay here at Paula‘s was just like being at home comfortable all the amenities were available. Communication was great flexibility and arrangements were easy. Fireplace was beautiful to have for the holiday week. TV is only local cable. Bring your HDMI Cable to connect up your computer/phone to TV to play Netflix, Amazon prime etc. Otherwise, a fabulous stay would come back. We’ll keep this property in my favorites thank you Paula and Zandra for your hospitality.

Ultra quiet spot (despite lots of houses near and around). Great views from the roof and all around very chill place.

This was our second year staying with Atomic and we love the place! The amenities are amazing and we loved having a movie night! Atomic is very responsive if and when you need anything. Their place is clean and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!
