This basement apt was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Denver when visiting my sister for the past 8 years. Private entrance, very clean, your own space. Big kitchen with 2 bedrooms. Beds were so COMFY!! I will for sure book this place again and again!!

I had an amazing stay at Richard place! The property was exactly as described—super clean, comfortable, and up to the mark. Richard is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He was always quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and truly supportive. I especially appreciated his flexibility with checkout timing, which made my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return in the future!

Tama’s place is our favorite place to stay when visiting relatives in Denver. It’s very peaceful and spacious. Easy check in and no fuss checkout complete the package!

Always a restful time here. Hosts were responsive and friendly when I needed help getting inside. I'd come for the water pressure alone but they also have great amenities and a great neighborhood. Will be back sometime.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend booking this place if you want to run away into the mountains with the love of your life for a quiet retreat. The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly, and all of the amenities are fabulous. The only downside is not having a full kitchen, but there are plenty of appliances and a grill that more than make up for that. I’m fully planning on staying here again in the future 😊

Chris and Ling’s place was perfect for us when we were attending a family gathering in their neighborhood. Everything was very comfortable and there were lots of extra touches, including original art by Ling. The area is lovely and feels very safe. It is halfway between the airport and downtown, so it is easy to get to transportation, as well as to museums entertainment. It was nice to end our days with a soak in the hot tub.

My Go-To Place I’ve stayed here multiple times while traveling to Denver for work, and it never disappoints! The space is always clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I need. The location is convenient, making my trips seamless, and the hosts are consistently welcoming and responsive. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a second home, but The Greenwood Suite truly does. Every visit confirms why I keep coming back—highly recommend!

Experience has been over expectations! Everything has been great so many accommodating things, even some stuff you wouldn’t really think of needing! Loved the jacuzzi and how quick and responsive the hosts were, very appreciative of everything! It was very cozy and such a great place to stay!

Coolest AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed at, perfect for our staycation.

Under the starry night sky in the midst of the trees, sitting in the hot tub with its water jets was a wholesome experience that I recommend to all. The home itself was immaculate and with everything we could need.

Cute little place that was clean and cozy for a few days. Chose this for the location, which was great to access a day of skiing and get to the conference center. You could definitely hear noise through the door dividing the Airbnb and the rest of the house, but despite that it was still a great stay. Having driveway parking was a nice perk, and we gave the pizza oven a try!

We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Ryan and Lindsay's place! We booked this Airbnb last minute as the one we were going to stay at got cancelled and I am so glad it worked out this way! Ryan and Lindsay were incredibly helpful with the check in process and were very organized in their instructions for getting to and finding the place, how everything worked once at the Airbnb, and recommendations for places to eat and see! I definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Denver!

Nicole and John’s place was great! Very cozy with all the comforts of home. Everything was clean and the hosts communicated well. It was very quiet overall but raindrops do hit loudly so if you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. Would love to return.

Great place to stay when visiting Denver Colorado, great home owners, very clean, great experience in all general. I'd recommend anybody visiting the state and just need somewhere quick to stay , this is your place.

This was my second time staying here and it was even better than the first. I felt so welcomed and was so pleased that there was a yoga mat and blocks for me to use. They really think of everything. The space is cozy and a perfect home away from home. I would highly recommend 👌

Second time we have stayed. Enjoyed it just as the first time. I will say the bed is a hard, but if that is your thing then no worries. We bring our own bed topper when we travel if we run into that situation. Would stay anytime we are in Denver!

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

Check-in and parking was extremely easy and convenient. We had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Really enjoyed the full kitchen and having plenty of space to make ourselves at home. Love the location outside of Brighton. Quiet and peaceful yet not too far from town. We'll definitely stay again when we come back to the Brighton area.
