I stayed here with my three kids for a little getaway, and we had the best time. The place was super clean and spacious, and the modern decor and finishes were clearly chosen with care—it just felt really good to be there. The game rooms were such a fun touch, each with its own theme, and the kids were obsessed! One of our favorite parts was the scavenger hunt—it was such a fun and unexpected surprise, and it gave us a memory we’ll definitely hold onto. The host was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. Overall, it was just a great experience and a really special trip with my kids.

We loved coming and staying here for spring break! We checked out fossil beach at West Moreland State Park and some other local spots. When we weren’t out we were chilling at the house playing games in the kitchen or outside on the dock. I will say it was a bit confusing that one of the rooms is separated from the rest of the house but other than that it was perfect!

Jessica's place was awesome. We felt right at home. walk outside and being 10 feet from the water was amazing and super relaxing. the other side had a dock and more water. the area was super quiet and peaceful. they had everything you could need. the house was decorated nicely with a beachy theme. the kitchen was fully stocked. they had plenty of towels, linens and more. the owner Lee came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. if you looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the spot! we will be going back often! we swam in the river, fished, relaxed. I wish we were there forever! I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs, this was one of the best experiences we have had. thank you for an absolutely awesome time!

Thank you to John for a lovely stay at The River House! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny sunset happy hour on the tiki bar dock and moody views of fog and mist rolling over the water all in one weekend. John’s place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of quiet, beauty, and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the stay at the River House. We are a repeat customer and the house did not disappoint us. The host is very gracious and everything is just as the website has it listed. We enjoyed the amenities, lots of videos, games and the hottub. There is a short walk to the beach which we visited twice a day. We loved every minute of it! Thank you!

This was our second stay at Thomas’ house. Both times have been perfect. The location couldn’t be more beautiful. The house is welcoming and so peaceful. We’re definitely planning to book this place on our next visit to the area.

My daughter found this gem online to book for my 65th birthday and a family get-together on the Northern Neck. We stay in Airbnb homes quite frequently all over the world and this is the loveliest home we've had the good fortune to stay in. Christine is the most gracious host and this home is special because she has made it that way for her family. It's a huge difference to stay in a vacation home that the host rents and a home that the host lives in. Christine's eye for beauty is exquisite and the home is comfortable as well as beautiful. It seldom happens that you say, "I wish the house had (fill in the blank)" and this house has it. The river is a gorgeous backdrop and there are kayaks to use. The saltwater pool is a great addition and a reason to hang at the house. And there is everything one needs to knock out a meal or if you don't want to cook, plenty of places to eat in the area. All in all, this house is a 15 out of 10!!

The location was absolutely worth the trip. The beaches were peaceful and pristine. The community was quiet and well kept. Absolutely lovely place to get away from it all.

It was a comfy stay in a beautiful marinia. The house was clean and the beds were soft. It did well for me and my 4 kids who each had their own bed. The landscape of the place and the sunsets were great! It was quite, tranquil with beautiful warm and sunny days. I would go back. Very easy check in and out.A lot to do in the area.

Misun is aptly named as she is funshine sun shine and david was the strong silent good in the kitchen and able cabana boy! We had a great time at their place ad loved all the little cute touches, The house is gorgeous, bathrooms very clean, we had all we could want, Breakfasts were really interesting and delicious. House is well placed to be near all the cool things you want to do adn right next to the beach. The pool and patio area were super cool. I cant say enough about what a great little spot it was I loved that it was grownups only. We had a wonderful weekend and would love to come again.

Misunn and David are warm and thoughtful hosts, leaving no need unmet. The freshly prepared food was excellent, and the complimentary touches were nice surprises, including Korean dumplings for an afternoon snack. Five stars indeed.

Incredibly kind hosts. The room was very convenient for walking to the beach and to the town. Very cool themed rooms and highly recommended!

We loved the place. The pool and beach were the perfect place for the adults and the kids. The grounds were beautiful and we seldom left, other than to get groceries, because we had everything we wanted and needed there. Lauren and John were great hosts. We plan to come back for another family reunion soon.

Terry’s place was just what I was looking for. This quiet neighborhood is located on the beautiful cliffs along the Chesapeake. The beach was truly magical. It was so peaceful and I enjoyed walking along and collecting fossils and shells. Terry was such a friendly and gracious host making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. She let us use her space and guided us to many activities and attractions nearby. We really enjoyed hiking the nearby wooded trails as well. She even took us sailing! We look forward to visiting Terry’s place again!

Stayed here to see a few friends who live in the Ebb Tide area. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were only two people but with the sun room it was clear to see there are a few options for people to spread out and not feel on top of each other. This is a nice peaceful area about 15 minutes away from downtown colonial beach and a great location for a getaway. I would stay here away without hesitation.

Rachel’s place was Awesome! The water view, pier, fire pit and house made us feel at home. We were in town for a funeral and Rachel was very accommodating. With check in and check out. Our family grew up in piney point just a short distance away and we were able to reminisce and site see of the past. The ruddy duck restaurant on the island was a great place to gather after. Thanks again!!

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

Lories little home was amazing! I enjoyed my weekend here, the views were lovely. It was very peaceful and quiet at all times of the day. Not only were the views great, but the little home was clean, spacious and just what me and my partner were looking for.

What a lovely place to stay! We went for a quiet weekend with friends and this house fit the bill perfectly! It’s right on the water with relaxing views of the Potomac River. The beds are comfortable, and the space is beautifully appointed. And the host is super helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Eric + Victor’s cottage was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. They were so welcoming, gave great recommendations, and were super responsive. As for the home itself, it was amazing in every way! Every detail was thought out, right down to the fresh flowers provided at check-in. The view is breathtaking. There’s no other word to describe how incredibly beautiful it truly is. This peaceful getaway was exactly what my husband and I needed. Thank you Eric +Victor for being absolutely fabulous hosts. We look forward to visiting again ♥️
