I did not realize there was a road between the house and the water but we still enjoyed the view from the house. We were hoping for warmer weather to take advantage of the outside space but the 2 living spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out inside. We would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and very clean. My only concern was no blinds downstairs for privacy and the oven needs cleaning. I will rent again.

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was easily one of the best. Everything was exactly as described, and maybe even better than described. It had tons of amenities and a well stocked kitchen perfect for our large family. Spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there again.

This house was great! It had everything we needed while traveling with a baby. Jacqueline was so helpful, friendly and such a pleasant person. Very caring and was available everyone I reached out to her. The house was very comfortable. Our group of 10 had no complaints. I would 100 percent recommend this house to friends and family. We spent Thanksgiving here and it was truly special. The house was very spacious for 2 families. The teenagers (and adults) loved having the pool table right next to the living room/TV. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was relaxing under the stars. For being a house from 1889, everything was well taken care of, including the dock and grounds. We would definitely stay again!

Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences ever. The house was extremely clean, had all the essentials & truly made you feel at home. There was not a single thing that didn’t have extreme detail and thought. Not only did the amazing water view feel relaxing but inside the home was a true sanctuary. The beds, the couch, the chairs everything was so comfortable. The interior design inside the home is even better in person. I 100% recommend this home! Thank you to Victor + Eric for such an amazing weekend.

Landon was a fantastic host-very responsive and the home was accurate to the description. Our kids absolutely loved the amenities-the trampoline, treehouse, swing, crab pots, and fire pit all got a ton of use! There were also tons of games and books for the kids, and the home was very cozy, with gorgeous views for the adults. We will definitely be back!

So very peaceful. Loved watching the birds fly off an on to the neighboring pier. Fit our needs perfectly and with the well stocked kitchen we were able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal.

I arrived right after a big storm, where multiple trees blocked the roads on my way in. Carolyn and Randy were helpful and proactive and did everything they could to help me! Once I arrived they were hospitable and accommodating. The bed is so comfortable and the shower feels amazing- that is pretty much all I need for a great stay. It felt great coming home to such a peaceful place each evening. The pups are great too if you get to meet them. 10/10 recommendation! I hope to walk around the property to enjoy all the nature next time I visit.

Dave was a very accommodating host and made sure that were satisfied and communicated quickly and proactively. We are a defense contractor working at the local base and Dave’s place fit our needs perfectly.

My husband and I came in for my nieces wedding and we picked a property that seemed accessible for a wheel chair while still having room to see family who wanted to stop in and visit. This place was more than enough. From suggestions about where to go and what to do to putting us on bird watch for Petey the peacock our stay could not have been better! Trish and Glen are so kind! Also if you are worried about privacy with hosts living in the home above, don’t. We had all the privacy we wanted!

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s. It was the perfect space to relax to after a long day of fossil hunting. We especially loved the big comfy couch! We made use of the kitchen and it was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to prep our light dinner. While the sunrise did not line up with the cove on our visit, we were delighted to see a deer walking on the sandbar as well as geese swimming across the cove. Like others have stated, the cookies were a perfect sweet treat for our stay in this lovely little retreat!

This was our second stay! A most serene and beautiful spot. We love the little apartment, it has everything we need. Vickie and Scott are wonderful hosts! They even had a tiny Christmas tree in the apartment for us! We will be back for a longer stay in the summer.

Was there for the birth of my grandchild nearby at Stafford Hospital. I was very happy with the location and the property was perfect for our needs. Great communication and easy to gain access.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cinthia’s cabin. Everything about the home was so beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful surrounding. Didn’t have any trouble getting around. The rest of the ladies enjoyed the cabin as well. I would absolutely book and recommend this space to anyone!

We’ll be staying at this property quarterly this year and I’ll review it each time. For now, I’d just like to say…we feel at home. We are so grateful that we will be able to experience the seasons and magic of this beautiful land and home all year long in 2025.

This was an amazing stay for our family! I had my family of 9 move to Maryland from Colorado and unfortunately, the house we were supposed to move in to fell through. We were able to use this wonderful for 2 weeks while we got on our feet and found a new place to live. John was a dream host, who helped us with local recommendations, help us understand the surrounding areas, and even went out of his to help me put air in my tires when I found a new vehicle. The cabin was cozy, and secluded, making it an incredibly peaceful place to feel at home amongst our cross country moving koas. We are very grateful for John and his welcoming demeanor! We will definitely consider another stay at this beautiful cabin!

We had such a peaceful fun time at Pizza Friday! So close to st.Mary’s campus so it was very easy for frequent trips back and forth during our stay. Highly recommend and I hope to stay there again in the future.

This lake house near the Chesapeake Bay is the best airbnb I’ve ever visited. The host Sahar was responsive and helpful, and made booking and check in a breeze. Exactly what our small family needed: quiet, peaceful, comfy, and with beautiful scenery. Extremely well-stocked kitchen with ample cookware, utensils, and equipment. Huge fridge and freezer, clean countertops and oven, and thoughtful extra lighting made cooking a breeze event after sundown. Outdoor gas grill was clean and easy to use. Enormous sectional sofa and a wall mounted smart TV, plus large bluetooth speaker, made for easy entertainment. Beds were extremely comfy and closets had lots of extra pillows, blankets, and soft fluffy spa towels. The bathrooms were beautiful with farmhouse accents and fancy overhead faucets. A really cozy modern cabin that felt like home, in a quiet walkable neighborhood near the Bay. Would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time at Lisa's place and were so impressed and charmed by the gorgeous spot, the tasteful decor, and the general peacefulness and coziness of the whole place. It was the perfect spot for a getaway with friends who just wanted a quiet and comfy place to catch up and relax together. Lisa was easy to get in touch with and incredibly helpful. We felt right at home and can't wait to return!
