Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates 2 - 3 guests. Pets are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber and other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

Our 3 bed/2 full bath+loft house sits in the woods surrounding a beautiful freshwater lake in a neighborhood on the stunning Potomac River! Come enjoy the nearby attractions or simply do nothing at all! We have kayaks/boats for your use right off the private dock. The community has 3 beaches: a private sandy lake beach with a swimming dock, a river-front sandy beach with 15 million+ old shark teeth, and a fossil cliff beach. Fishing! Hot tub on the patio! Bald eagle sightings! Theater Room!
