We drove from IL and had an accident. The 9hr trip took 17 and we were STRESSED! As soon as I opened the door every bit of the days stress melted away! We felt right at home! And we slept like babies! I loved walking my dog in the morning on the property with some coffee! Perfect! Kathy was kind enough to let me put up a Christmas tree and I had everything for our family dinner! I am definitely hoping to stay again! Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home! We felt very blessed indeed! If I had one little thing to say in the con column would be, I have a very bad back, fused, I couldn't sit on the furniture in family room because it was so low to the ground. I solved the problem by bringing in the great bentwood rocker from porch put a pillow on it and I was perfect as I'm a rocker anyway! Thank you again for a vacation I never forget! We would recommend North Arrow to anyone!! 5 stars from us!!!

This was the perfect stay during my short time in Topeka! Safe and peaceful but very accessible to town and the highway, with plenty of space and easy parking right at the house. Carmen was extra accommodating for me and awesome at communication. Waking up to the amazing Topeka sunrise on a snowy winter day was fantastic. Would stay again and definitely recommend for any fellow travelers out there!

The place was nice, and clean as advertized. Kari was very flexible with early check in. we enjoyed it so much wifes to make this a annual thing going forward.

We were in Seneca for a family event and needed a place to stay with our dogs. We really appreciated a place to walk dogs around the lake. All the beds are upstairs and you must feel comfortable climbing a circular stairwell. The cabin is very well organized.

This unique accommodation is as fun and funky as the photos, so you'll enjoy exploring it, as we did! The kitchen (well stocked) is really the only updated space, and the rest of the house is on the shopworn side, but the decor definitely makes up for it, and there's so much room to spread out. The beds are in fine shape, which is something that matters a lot to us. You may want to know that the second bathroom with the shower is not en suite, which was a little bit of a surprise. It's at the opposite end of the house (past the kitchen) from the three main-floor bedrooms. But the location actually made it easier for our party -- two couples -- to share the shower since the other bath has only a tub. The location can't be beat. It's such a beautiful and walkable neighborhood! I also should add that both the property manager and owner are extremely responsive. We discovered the home's hairdryer had gone missing, and we were most grateful that they acted quickly to replace it.

This space is truly a gem! Located right in the heart of the cutest downtown! Lacy was the perfect host and communicated very efficiently. The Apt is bigger than we thought it would be, it ended up just being my husband and I for the night, but easily could have also shared the space with many others as there is lots of room! The Apt is very quiet and private. Beautifully decorated and the addition of the snacks were amazing as we didn’t come prepared for late night nibbling after the wedding we attended 🤣We will definitely be back when we come to visit family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house and are very grateful for accommodating our last minute extension requests. It really helped us out a lot with our schedule, and we truly appreciate it.
