We stayed at Compton House with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and the house was perfect. Location was great for dog walking and for wandering into Chipping Campden village with it’s lovely shops. Beautifully clean and we were left a welcome pack that was such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend

Beautiful spot, set in the gorgeous countryside and very private. It was furnished to a really high standard and had all the amenities you needed and more. The outside was wonderfully landscaped with the added bonus of a hot tub which made the whole stay magical.

The house was beautiful and sparkling clean. The surrounding were beautiful. There was tea, coffee and milk which is always handy. There were games available, even a bird book and binoculars. The only downside was the shower was in the en-suite, for us as a family it was fine but it could be awkward for couples staying. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time staying in Barrys home. The house contained a lot of memorabilia and artwork, which at times could be over stimulating but kept us entertained at the same time. The property had all you could ask for and more. The contact with Barry was easy, friendly and informative. We would highly recommend Barry and his wonderful home.

We were looking for a quiet spot where we could go for daily walks, work on puzzles, read and relax. This charming house had it all. Edwina gave us excellent advice on walks and dining in the area and it was spot on. Edwina always responded promptly with answers to our multiple questions. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and a fire was laid in the Inglenook fireplace ready to be lit upon arrival. There was also a welcome basket with goodies with everything needed to get us started. Edwina and the house could not be more cozy and welcoming.

We’ve loved staying in the Old Chapel. It’s a beautiful building and the accommodation inside is superb. Jill was very responsive throughout the stay and had great recommendations. The surrounding area is very peaceful and is only a short drive from Chipping Campden. We would definitely recommend staying at Jill’s place and would love to visit again.

Smashing cottage to catch up with old friends - cosy, clean, incredibly handy to walk into Chipping Norton and its wonderful pubs and independent shops.not far from Stow (recommend The Porch Inn) and we had a lovely day visiting the Rollright Stones. Ophelia was helpful with our minor query. Loved the simple decor (I now have some ideas for our bathroom!!) Thank you

The flat is lovely and ideal for a short break in Stratford Upon Avon. It is clean and we were so surprised how close we were to the RSC and the many eateries. Susie communicated well with us and we would definitely like to stay again the next time we have tickets for the RSC! Also, seeing a swan outside the window with her eggs was a delight

Tasteful, civilised, comfortable. Julian's place has been beautifully and cleverly designed with the guest in mind. Little things, such as quality products and underfloor heating in the bathroom, make a big difference. The big things are fabulous too. Julian is helpful, efficient and friendly The location is excellent. In short, it's a bargain.

We had a fabulous stay at Sue’s place in Malvern Wells. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. Sue was a great host and kind enough to leave us some eggs, milk, fresh bread and lots more! There are two parking spaces and a lovely garden that has the sun almost all day, including a beautiful view. The location is so serene and just a 5 minute drive from Malvern. There are so many fantastic walks, we were spoilt for choice! Such a nice area of the UK and a perfectly convenient spot to stay for a few days whilst you explore the area.

I had a brilliant time staying in Maureen’s Barn Annex. She was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a lift from the station and to a cafe on my first day. She was also very helpful when I asked for some recommendations. The annex itself was perfectly located, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Beautiful little apartment within driving distance of Oxford. It is located next to the canal, and woodland so lots of great walks from the location. I highly recommend walking down the canal down to the Trout Inn to grab a pint and some superb food! Highly recommend this place!

Loved Clare’s place! Tastefully decorated, spacious and well equipped. Parking and walkable to the town and a fab Chinese takeaway around the corner. A tad cold, it was freezing when we got there but warmed up once the heating came on. Lovely character, would highly recommend!

It is in a lovely location, great views of the Malvern Hills, lots of good walks close by. Many good eating places not too far away. The Cow Shed is well equipped, with an excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable living area. The kitchen is a bit smaller than we would have liked, but it all worked really well. Nigel was very attentive, making sure we were comfortable. Our elderly spaniel enjoyed the space around and got on well with the two really friendly terrier residents! Will definitely revisit.

Percy has created a lovely home in an art deco building which accommodated 10 of us on a weekend get away for a 50th get together. Lots of room downstairs for socialising around the large kitchen space, lounge and lovely large dining room table. An expansive garden to enjoy in the right seasons and a balcony off one of the top floor bedrooms. The beds were amazingly comfortable with good mattresses and linen. The house is a short bus ride or about a 40 minute walk into Oxford City Centre and Percy provided many suggestions for good pubs and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great stay for a large family or group of friends.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

There are hosts, there are super hosts and then there's Katie!! Everything was simply perfect, there were 10 family all together for a family Christening. Due to Katie's flexibility were could all check in when we arrived. Most handy when people are travelling from all over the country. Also, on the Sunday, the day of the Christening and our check out day, Katie helped us with late check out, allowing all the logistics of people and cars the time needed to get where we all needed without a ridiculously early start, which would have been dreadful after the party the day before! We all enjoyed the hot tub, the huge spaces, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms and well equipt kitched. Thank you Katie - you are a love.
