The house was exactly what we expected based on the listing. The house was clean, modern and we enjoyed the lake views. Our family also enjoyed the privacy of the backyard for the fire pit and hot tub. A lot of homes in this area have steep driveways and we appreciate that this house’s driveway wasn’t that steep. It could easily hold two cars. We also had great communication with from the host. This was a great stay for our family of 4!

The hobbit house was the perfect place for our little weekend trip! We received information that we were welcome to arrive early and when we arrived it was perfectly clean, free of clutter and the host even put bottled water in the fridge for us! I can’t recommend this place enough and plan to return in the future!

This home is in a fantastic location with stunning scenery both day and night. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Alison's place. Lovely location and great spot! Alison was super responsive and quick to answer questions even around the holidays. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved the stay, super cozy! I liked it more than my own place haha, everything was super clean, and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I had to PM him to ask him what the bed was so I could buy one myself😂 highly recommend staying there, a lot of food around the area, big college town so it’s very lively.

Second time staying at Aaron’s place, always a great stay. Was in town for my graduation and was very happy with the place. Aaron is also very good at responding and clear about what needs to be done and how to get in and out. Very simple!

We were in the area to see the #singalongtour at Chestnut Ridge Church. This property was within 1 mile of the venue and saved us a 3 hour drive back home in the snow. Kristos was an excellent host and our first choice if we return to the area. We would love to see Cheat Lake in the summer time!

Alexandra was very thorough with her instructions, I wish every host sent check in videos. As others have stated, The home is old, but so quaint and cozy. The neighbors were very friendly and the water pressure was great. Nearby Cool Springs was such a little gem of a store/restaurant.

Wanda's place is beautiful and makes you feel at home. It is very unique and the layout was perfect for us! I will definitely recommend and stay here in the future!!

The Lucky Duck is a very calm and relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed the views and the local population of ducks and geese who welcomed us as we came and went. The place was spotless & spacious and had all the little things we needed for a great visit. Would highly recommend booking.

The host was accommodating during extenuating circumstances. I couldn’t get my car out because of snow and she drove me to the store.

The place was super cozy and felt like home. Everything was super clean, place was easy to find (with their given clear instructions GPS didn’t know where it was going lol), and Joyce and her husband were super nice! Definitely would recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

This place was perfect for a weekend and was exactly as described. There were many amenities available to us and the host was very responsive throughout the weekend. The location is so great - walking distance to stadium, few minute drive to downtown. Would very recommend greatly!!

Wow what a great deal! It’s a very elegant Airbnb for a quick weekend getaway, can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The hosts paid attention to the small details and it makes a huge difference in the quality of the stay.

Patty is a treasure. If you stay here, make sure you’re good to her! She has some rescued Dalmatians named Mickey and Minnie that will talk to you as you walk up and down the stairs, but if you’re a dog person like me you’ll just talk back some haha. I loved everything about Patty’s place, and it gave our drummer a spot to catch some more than needed rest. He was able to sleep for a whole day because of how comfortable and peaceful this place is. There’s some good food at the restaurant right on the corner, and a gas station nearby, which was really nice. Patty was very responsive and a great communicator. We talked for a good half hour or so on the porch and I enjoyed every minute! For the price and how close it is to Morgantown you cannot beat this place. It is SO much better than staying in the city! We’ve done both, and now we will be paying Patty a visit every time we are in the area!

I wish there was an extra star for the Host! Lorena was super helpful, always responded less than 30 minutes, and made us feel welcome into her home. Personal touches say a lot, and she had written us a nice thank you card that was on the table when we arrived. It was also nice that we did not have to run out and get toiletries immediately as they were readily available upon our arrival. Lorena was also upfront with an issue involving the oven, however there was a toaster oven readily available if we so choose. I highly recommend her condo to anyone with a small group of people/small family that plans on staying in the Deep Creek area!

Alyssa's space was absolutely perfect and just what we needed. It was quiet, cozy, and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable (I don't think my wife has enjoyed that much restorative sleep in months). Alyssa gave us great food recommendations, and was the most responsive host I think we've had. We will absolutely return the next chance we get.

We had a great stay at Diana’s! Ours was a studio in a group of 5 or 6 Airbnbs across 2 houses very close together. Huge meandering deck with each unit having a private bit to themselves and a fantastic view. The studio was sparkling clean and looked brand new. It’s not large but arranged in a way that it felt bigger than it is. Make sure to take a walk through Confluence and soak up every detail of this small town. So calm and peaceful and everyone very nice. Coffee, art and pastry shop 1/2 away. If you need gluten free, a small grocery across from the park had a surprising huge number of items and the Rivers edge restaurant’s chef is gluten free. They worked with us to modify dishes on the menu to substitute gluten free items as needed. Diana was very helpful and friendly with quick responses to our questions and suggestions for places to eat. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Ohiopyle is the major tourist hub. Confluence is 10 mi away and a perfect break from the crowds.

Everything was great, place was clean & as described. Only thing I was not crazy about was it was on the lower level which I knew but the condos are older so everything happening upstairs I heard all night long. The second night I put on white noise so it helped me because I’m a VERY light sleeper. Our friends and my husband had no issues sleeping but I hear everything so for me I wish I had brought ear plugs. I swear a leaf could fall outside and I’d wake up and be up for 2 hours. Overall we absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend it and stay again! We almost don’t want anyone to know about this gem so it’s available the next time we come to see the Mountaineers play!! Perfect place & perfect location!!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

We had a great one-night stay at Trailside Guest Suite. The property matched the online description and it was in a perfect location in the town. Would definitely return for another stay and would recommend to others.

I can't say enough great things about this place! it was so cozy and comfortable! My friend and I went for a girls getaway weekend to relax and this was so ideal! They even prepped the fireplace for us! I would definitely come back here and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

It was a lovely stay; Toni was very responsive whenever I needed something. The place was very clean, and had good amenities, including a welcome basket, which I thought was a nice touch. The bed was SUPER comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Morgantown in the future!
